A month after I bought my car, they called just to check how things were going and if I was happy with it. No hidden sales pitch. I honestly didn’t expect that. That kind of post-sale attention is the main reason I’d come back.

It was really important to me that there were no pricing

It was really important to me that there were no pricing surprises. What I saw on the website was exactly what was in the contract. Not a single line in fine print. I value that a lot.

I called to ask if a specific car was available and they

I called to ask if a specific car was available and they said yes, come on by. And it was really there - exactly like in the photos, no surprises like oh that one’s sold, but we’ve got something similar. It’s a small thing, but I appreciated it. That alone makes me want to come back.

Their parking lot is actually decent - not huge, but

Their parking lot is actually decent - not huge, but there was always space. I came by on a Saturday around noon and was worried it would be full, but it was fine. The markings were clear, cars parked evenly, no one squeezing in. Nice to see those little things handled well.

I came in mentally prepared for we have a deal that ends

I came in mentally prepared for we have a deal that ends at 3 PM. But instead they offered me a coffee and said take your time, we’re here if you need us. I felt silly for expecting a trap. Ended up buying the Outlander anyway - no regrets.

To be honest, I was suspicious - the online listing looked almost too good. But everything matched. And now, if any of my friends or family needs a car, this is exactly where I’ll bring them. I’ve seen it for myself and didn’t get burned.

I don’t know much about cars, and when I walked in I felt

I don’t know much about cars, and when I walked in I felt totally lost. But instead of trying to pitch me something, the manager just explained the differences between trims, sat with me and said let’s go through it together. I liked that - I didn’t feel dumb. And the coffee was good too.
