I didn’t plan to buy anything. Just came along with a friend. And somehow I ended up driving away in an Eclipse. Because the vibe here isn’t like a dealership, it’s just a normal place where you don’t need to keep your guard up.

Went to Quakertown Mitsubishi to have my oil changed?
Went to Quakertown Mitsubishi to have my oil changed? And tires rotate it. I was informed by the manager in the service department that it would be dangerous to drive to Vermont where we were going for my granddaughter?s graduation with a tire that I previously had plugged due to it being pierced by a metal object near the outer wall of my tire. I had this done at a service station and I was reassured by the service station that it would be safe to drive. I just thank God that I had my oil changed and the tire rotation done after I was told at Mitsubishi Quakertown that I would definitely need a new tire before traveling to Vermont. It would be extremely dangerous to do so with that plug in the tire I couldn?t be more thankful and appreciate the honesty. I definitely will be back for service. Thank you again!

I purchased a 2027 Acura Integra A spec around Memorial
I purchased a 2027 Acura Integra A spec around Memorial Day. We made an agreement to purchase our 2027 Acura, but we couldn’t pick it up to the next day. In the meantime, they were supposed to look at an issue with the clunking in the back, especially when you hit the brakes. They said they will take care of that. So the next day we come in to pick up the car and are getting the car we noticed one of the sales guy was touching the car up switching the license plate and upon him trying to remove the FTC sticker, he took a razor blade to the back window and damage the tint! Sean, the sales guy said they would give me a call back the next day about it and they never did. Then I proceeded to call the woman named Colleen at the car lot. She said she would talk to Shawn on my behalf and yet again no call! At this point we four or five days into it, and I noticed something else. When they were repairing whatever issue there was with the back of the car pertaining to the brakes, they broke a wheel stud on me. There was actually a snapped wheel stud missing from this one year old car with 9000 miles on it that we just paid 27 grand for Plus another almost 6000 on the warranty! I called the car place a back again and I asked directly for Colleen. When I told her the situation she seemed like she couldn’t believe it either. She said she would talk to Sean and talk to the manager and have somebody get back to me. Again, nobody returned my phone call. When I go on their website, the manager leaves when those comments sorry about this. We wanna make it right. I said great.! I gave it another shot and again they keep blowing me off. People I would recommend staying away from this place. That is a terrible business practice to blatantly. Just disregard. Ignore a customer after you cause damage to their vehicle is ridiculous. They’re also a service station they could’ve fixed it. This is one of the most horrible car lot. I have experience and I highly recommend everybody going somewhere else. It’s such a shame that there’s companies out there that do business like this. On top of that I had a Star Wars custom license plate and when the car lock guy came to switch my plate out, I had to ask for him to get my Star Wars plate, cover back because they tried to keep it on me and lock it up in the cabinet. Another issue they never gave me paperwork with this car upon sale. I wonder why.! This is my whole experience with this place !

They gave me a full tank, no mention, just did it. And there was a little branded bag in the trunk: microfiber cloth, sticker, air freshener. Small stuff, but changes your whole impression.

The service center runs like a Swiss watch. I booked online to change oil and plugs on my Lancer, showed up at 10:00, and rolled out by 10:45. They use Hunter lifts, which impressed me.
