I came in mentally prepared for we have a deal that ends at 3 PM. But instead they offered me a coffee and said take your time, we’re here if you need us. I felt silly for expecting a trap. Ended up buying the Outlander anyway - no regrets.

I don’t know much about cars, and when I walked in I felt
I don’t know much about cars, and when I walked in I felt totally lost. But instead of trying to pitch me something, the manager just explained the differences between trims, sat with me and said let’s go through it together. I liked that - I didn’t feel dumb. And the coffee was good too.

No upselling, just a kind check-in. I actually froze for a second - I’m not used to that kind of thoughtful post-sale service.

I showed up a bit early for my appointment and thought I’d end up waiting half an hour. But they took me right away - the manager was available and we went to check out the car. I really appreciate when they value your time instead of dragging things out.

I called to inquire about a car that had a sticker price
I called to inquire about a car that had a sticker price of "X". I asked the salesman about any wiggle room on the price. He came back with a price that was $2,000 higher stating there were other charges. When I called him on it, he was rude and dismissive.Needless to say,no sale, never a sale at this place!

Inquired about a preowned vehicle.
Inquired about a preowned vehicle. It was advertised at a price that I asked was there wiggle room.The salesman came back and said it would be $2,000 more due to hidden fees and the fact that i didn't qualify for the advertised price because I didn't meet all 3 elements noted in the small print. Complete liars, then I called the salesman on it and he was completely dismissive and rude. No sale !
