Same Experience as Everyone Else

Drove an hour plus to look at a used car that appeared to have a pretty good price. Music blaring in the showroom so it was hard to hear anything the salesman said. Took the car for a test drive, and came back to talk numbers. All of a sudden that pretty good price shot through the roof with the add ons which are required by the dealership. Guess it’s my fault for not reading the other reviews first, but more theirs for being incredibly shady in their pricing strategy. I cannot even imagine how many customers walk away each day due to their deceit.

This dealer is a scammer! and a bad one at that.

These FUC**RS actually had the xxxxx to tell me after we made a deal that "by the way, there is a $3,500 markup on all internet cars" because they did a "coating on the car" and lojack.. I told them that is not my problem, the sales rep is an A**... They are a crappy dealership, would and WILL NEVER EVER buy anything there. when things turn around, people should remember these kind of dealers!

Bait and Switch

Prior to driving 90 minutes to look at a used Ram truck I spoke to a salesperson about vehicle cost and fees. He told me their price is below Kelly Blue book Value and there was not room to negotiate. He went on to list their fees which seemed to be in line with other dealers. He also knew I was driving 90 minutes. I arrived and the music on their speaker was very loud and if I were at a club on a Saturday night I could have gotten into it, but not a dealership. My issue was not their choice of music but the biggest bait and switch I have ever been exposed to. I found out when discussing the final price there were $2,890 worth of additional costs added to the price of the vehicle. $295 for Lojack, which I could agree to but did not want. The second was $2,595 for a clearcoat bundle package, which is way over priced and not needed. They have a huge mark up on this service and this is the only dealer I have talked to about purchasing a vehicle that told me this is mandatory and not an option. They get you into their dealership with a good price thinking you are getting a fair deal and then the hit you with nearly $3,000 worth or additional cost which probably only cost them $500 or $600. When I asked the salesman why did you not tell me this prior to driving hear for the past 90 minutes he told me it is on their website. The bottom line is management trains their salespeople not to tell you to bait you into their dealership and then do the switch. I was told I could not purchase a vehicle without Lojack and the clearcoat. I do not buy from a dealer I can not trust. If you go to their dealership, buyer beware!

Drove over an hour to see a used SUV here.

Drove over an hour to see a used SUV here. During the test drive it was revealed that this dealership adds “protection” to all of their vehicles and that the actual price would be $3,500 more than advertised!

Don’t Bother!

Test drove Mazda cx9 loved car! Until they tacked on a 3500 fee for LoJack, interior stain spray and misc dealer fees which they refused to remove. Wasted my time . Drove an hour for nothing!Did feel bad for salesman John who was friendly and trapped by dealer or manager poor selling practices.

Don’t be fooled by deceiving prices!

Don’t be fooled by deceiving prices! On 11/22/22 I stopped in to test drive a Jeep Wrangler. I live 10 minutes from this dealer so, the location was great, the time was great and the “price was great”, until I walked in. Within the first 2 minutes I get a whole story about… “Our prices are below everyone else within 200 miles! Oh but you HAVE TO pay $3,500 more than we advertised for ADD-ONS. (Lojack tracking and protective coating), and they are non-negotiable.” They actually call them “add-ons” as if you might have a choice to decline them. After asking multiple times it was made clear they cannot be declined, if you want the car, you must take the “add-ons”. I can’t believe this is an allowable practice. Your prices are right in line with everyone else’s. Witch is fine! Good enough to sell cars but no, apparently some “genius” thought this would be a great way to get people in the door. They were correct. It’s also a great way to NOT sell cars. I will never go back to this place and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this scam of a dealership. I also think it’s pretty telling that the dealership responds to all the negative reviews the same way, “Sorry to hear about your experience, we want to fix it please reach out to us blah blah blah.” How about instead of apologizing after you deceive people, you advertise what your actual prices are and then you won’t have to apologize at all! If that sounds like a CRAZY idea to you, then you’re probably the person who came up with the whole “show them a low price and sell them a higher one.” Oh and yes the salesmen told me that those $3500 “add-ons” are for every vehicle they sell. Good luck to you. Can’t wait to get the generic apology.

The sales person was friendly and new.

The sales person was friendly and new. We looked at 3 vehicles. A range rover, which was literally soaked inside due to a leaking roof. Not a great first impression. Looked at 2 audi's (both were reported lemon buy backs according to the check report) and were possibly interested in one. The price listed on the website was 33500. When I asked for the numbers the salesperson came back from the manager (I guess) with a quote of over 47000. While yes this included tax, they also forced in over 11k in added garbage. $11,000! More than 7k was various wheel and tire protection as well as other things, which he said he could remove, there was nearly 4k in unremarkable and un-needed/unwanted items. I clearly said I just want the car. The salesperson went to the manager (I am guessing again) said those are not removable. I promptly left. I believe this dealership is under new ownership and I would highly recommend steering away from them. The salesperson again was ok, but the bait policies are disgusting. If you are forcing the sale of these Unwanted items I would think there is an obligation to list that price on the website. Going from $33,500 to over $47000 is shady as...

Extra charges should be an option

Checked on a car and got the same story as everyone else. $3500 service charge that cannot be declined. At what point does the dealership feel it is right to try to charge extra fees for items that should be an optional purchase? Instead of trying to trick potential customers with these hidden fees try to be upfront and make it right.

Stop ! You have my information! I came in yesterday ! Looking at a Ram 1500 drove almost 2 hours! Ask John your sales rep! More misleading talk from Quakertown Mitsubishi!

It’s a scam

I just had the same experience that the last 10 customers mentioned below. They tried to add $3500to the cost of the car. The only difference this time, was that they would remove LoJack and the coverage bundle but I had to purchase the extended warranty. No way so there was no deal and for the first time in my life I walked out without purchasing a car.
