SHADY!
SHADY! My husband drive 3 hours because the salesperson told him they had the truck he was calling about. He asked specifically about any additional fees and was told just a $600 fee and sales tax. He got all the way there and the truck was not there. They were pulling a bait and switch. Then they told him there is an extra fee of $2500 for Low Jack. They do this with every vehicle and they will not let you opt out of low jack. SCAMMERS! Don’t waste your time.

drove an hour today 3/18/2023 to purchase a 2019 ram 1500 the price disclosed online and from the dealer on the phone was not the same as when they get you there. Bait and switch they say they installed lojack and ceramic coating to the truck and it will cost ME 3500.00 extra. Now I did not ask or want any of this stuff its a used truck with scratches. They said they have to charge Take it Or Leave it. I left it they wanted 2500 for ceramic coating which any other dealer charges 695 - 995 and it is optional if YOU the BUYER wanted it not forced on you

BUYER BEWARE!!!
After careful review of available used cars, including Carfax report, I decided on a vehicle, and arranged for financing to be with my bank. Imagine my surprise when I was told by a Quakertown Mitsubishi representative that there were $3500 upgrades added to the car that were not disclosed in the online price of the vehicle. These charges were for a Lojak GPS monitoring device and some sort of paint protection and antimicrobial upholstery treatment. I asked why this wasn't disclosed in the online ad for the car and was told it could be found under the "Estimate Financing" link. I had already arranged for financing from my bank, so I had absolutely no reason to open that link! I expressed my dissatisfaction and luckily declined the vehicle before driving 100 miles each way unnecessarily. Lesson learned! Again BUYER BEWARE!!

Look up their reviews… all 1 star for same reason.
Look up their reviews… all 1 star for same reason. Drive to see the car, dealer adds $3k to listed price for dealer upgrades. I requested a quote by email before making the drive, salesman was polite but said manager required in person presentation of price to go over list price and fees. This dealer is stuck in the 1980’s with their “sales” techniques. Also look to see how many 5 star reviews they had in 2022….. all on the same day. If you count them up, they sold 25 cars that day and every sale was 5 star. Don’t waste your time with this dealer and their low advertised price.

Be weary visiting this dealership.
Be weary visiting this dealership. There is a $3500+ upcharge on all used vehicles. This information is not disclosed on website and is disclosed at the dealership. This charge includes low-jack, paint protection, and a sterilization of vehicle which is non-negotiable. It's a take it or leave it package deal. I visited the dealership on 2/18/23, came in with pre-approved financing from a lender of my choosing. I signed the contract on the vehicle of my choice but was advised I couldn't take the vehicle until payment has been received from my lender. Ok..made sense. I waited 3 business days with no contact from dealership. On 2/22/23, I reached out to them for a status update. The sales manager advised me the check didn't clear from my lender and they would have to re-submit for purchase. I later discovered that day, from my lender, the reason the check didn't clear is because the dealership failed to send over the bill of sales. I immediately contacted the dealership requesting them to send over the bill of sales to my lender. After a brief back and forth with the sales manager, Michael, he advised the that "I should forward a copy over to my financer that it would be a faster process". NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY! But whatever, if it will help expedite the process, sure. I received notice from my lender on 2/23/23, they received the bill of sale from me that I could notify the dealership to re-submit payment for processing. Which I executed that same day. I contacted the sales representative on Saturday morning, 2/25 request if the vehicle would be available for pick-up. He advised me the sales manager stated the vehicle would be available for pick-up on Monday 2/28. I took the day off, in expectation the vehicle would be available. Contacted the dealership in the morning only to discover that they wouldn't release the vehicle to me because they haven't received confirmation from their accounting department that payment was received. I immediately contacted the lender to find out what was holding up payment. Only to discover that payment was deposited and cleared on Friday 2/24. The issuing agent from my lender took it a step further and contacted the dealerships financing department to confirm payment was issued and deposited in the dealerships account Friday requesting the information be relayed to the sales department so the vehicle could be released over to me. As of this evening, I still don't have the vehicle in my possession and I'm giving the dealership 24hrs to relinquish the vehicle or cancel the contract. No vehicle is worth this much hassle!!!

Jim from Reading
I went there today with my wife with all intent to buy a used 2015 MB ML350. Well when they presented the numbers there was a $995.00 Lojak fee and a $440.00 doc fee. No one told me about these nor is it represented on the advertisement. We left. I left messages for for the General Manager to call me and hopefully rectify the issue. No call back at all. Customers dont matter. The best part is we drove 1 hour 15 minutes each way only to be mislead. I gave them a chance but no action. So I will be calling the state Monday in regards to filling a complaint. I gave them a chance to clear it up. They made no effort.

Stay away from this dealership.
I wish I read the reviews before driving an hour and half. The price was right for the 2021 truck so I took the chance and drove to the dealership. When I got there the truck had bald tires…the salesman even said “wow it looks like someone did burnouts until the tries went bald.” To which I responded, “agreed.” The front bumper was crushed in and there were dents and scratches all over the body panels and mirrors housing like someone drove it through the woods. When they appraised my truck and came out with the paperwork I was shocked at the trade-in they offered. They offered me over $1,300 less than rough trade in on my one owner, accident free, 2021 truck with one 6” superficial scratch on the rear bumper. I explained this was the lowest trade in I was offered by several thousand dollars. I couldn’t believe the monthly payment…when I asked him to explain why the payment was so high, he showed me the fine print charges that get buried in the paperwork and explained they have to charge $5,795 for their warranty(with no explanation of benefits) and an “other fee” of $3,995 for a ceramic coating and lo jack. Admittedly, I did laugh out loud and when he didn’t, I realized they were seriously charging $10,000 in absolutely bogus fees. The salesman just shrugged his shoulders and said “well, what can we do to earn your business today?” I replied, take off the $10,000 in nonsense fees. Truly, I looked around thinking I was on a hidden camera show looking to see if people would fall for the $10,000 in extras. Honestly, who falls for this stuff? Well, obviously someone does, otherwise they wouldn’t be charging people these ridiculous fees. The out the door price ended up being $4,000 more than the sticker price over two years ago when it sold new. The internet salesperson texted me a few hours later to see how my visit was so I explained I was disappointed about the fees and they responded “thanks for your feedback.” Save yourself a headache and avoid this place. This place is exactly why used car salesmen get a bad reputation. Don’t get me wrong, there were two positives during my visit, the salesman was pleasant and they had hundreds of vehicles to choose from. Shop elsewhere.

This is a bait and scam dealership, you should stay away.
This is a bait and scam dealership, you should stay away. I drove 3 hours, wasted 2 to 3 hours there at the dealership and drive back took me 3 and half hours. I called to make sure the car was there and confirm the price. They said it's available, no issues and confirmed the price. When I got there, the car was in really bad condition, needed work and they wanted thousands more than the online list price. Not a good look for a premium dealer... better off going to a reputable dealer.

Hi, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!
Same thing happened to me.
Same thing happened to me. I drove 90 minutes and then the bait and switch when discussing pricing. Nearly $3,000 in additional charges for Lo Jack and clearcoat, which probably costs them $500. I was told these charges are mandatory on all their vehicles. The worst part was I spoke to the salesman and he knew I was driving 90 minutes. I asked him about the charges and he said that is the price of the vehicle and went over their doc fees but never mentioned the additional charges. I guess I should have looked at their reviews before making the drive. I do not blame the salesman as you can tell he is trained to deceive. Shame on me, buyer beware!!! I
