Unethical, Negligent, and Unprofessional
This dealership is negligent and unprofessional. The sales associates and managers have minimal knowledge about the vehicles on the lot. I test drove and submitted an application for an 2019 Audi Q3. I was not informed the vehicle I was interested in was a manufacturer buy buck with a branded title until after I submitted my credit application. The information about the manufacturer buy backs are not stated on cars.com or the actual website. The manager stated he was aware that the information was not made available to the consumer, he was also unconcerned. This information is usually provided upfront to avoid mistakes such as this one. The manager knew less about the car specifications than I did, although he claimed he previously worked at Audi. They are not interested in customer satisfaction or transparency. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing any type of vehicle from a place this unethical, negligent, and unprofessional.

Bought a beautiful truck at this place.
Bought a beautiful truck at this place. Came to find out later that they added $9500 dollars worth of insurance on the vehicle. Tried canceling the coverage. Now they won’t answer my calls. Now it’s 2 months later and never received a credit. Next step is legal action and the better business bureau. Stay away from this place. Crooked.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Went to see about a used SUV. I was interested and made a cash offer but the sales rep went to talk to his manager and added about $10k worth of junk fees. In disbelief, I tried to make a deal anyway and gave the sales rep a firm "out the door" offer. The sales rep came back with a final "take it or leave it" counter offer $6k below the original out the door price but still $3,500 over the advertised price. His explanation, the $3500 is a "hard add" of a Life360 coverage package that included rain protection, bird poop protection, odor protection, low jack and other unnecessary add ons. They would not sell the vehicle without the $3500 added on to it. This is a bait and switch dealer. Buyers, please stay away from this dealer. My time is valuable and they wasted 2 hours of my life. I wish I would have checked the reviews 1st.

Horrible just horrible. My fiancé bought a car in NJ...
Horrible just horrible. My fiancé bought a car in NJ where we LIVE that was originally a PA Jeep. Long story short the dealership in NJ lost the title and never could provide plates or how they lost the title. The solution was to basically have the originally dealership (Mitsubishi) contact the original owner and get the title. We had to cancel our previously payment plan and start a new payment plan with a new bank so we could get new temp tags and wait to get the title and actual license plates. Ilya the manager kept reassuring us that the title was in his hand and we were one step closer to license plates. He said to send everything to NJ to get approved at the DMV then it would come back to him and he could finally send it back to us in NJ. We come to find out a week ago that Mitsubishi issued us PA plates instead of NJ plates because they assumed we were moving to PA. No where in any of this did we say we were moving nor does any of our information have a PA residency. Now the dealership is refusing to answer our calls and refusing to redo the paperwork and get us our NJ plates. I don’t understand how a dealership can make such a mistake and not confirm any information. they don’t even deserve a star
