Over The Top!

On 4/4/15 I decided to lease my second Mercedes at Ray Catena of Union, NJ because of its courteous and warm facility. Besides enjoying driving a new Mercedes, I knew that I could count on the caring, savvy and professional demeanor of Chris Popin, Sales & Leasing Representative. So, my experience there was as excellent as I expected it to be. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris without any hesitation. You are the best!!!!

Best car leasing experience!!

Victor Kaczynski is the most professional and accommodating car dealer Ihave ever dealt with. He found the Mercedes vehicle I was interested in at a very satisfactory price. My overall experience was amazing, Victor was a gentleman, professional and efficient in expediting my new car lease. The showroom was impressive, as was the staff that patiently went over the main features of my new GLK. I would certainly recommend Ray Catena of Union to all interested in a new Mercedes-Benz, and Victor for his polite, knowledgeable, and truly friendly demeanor.

Top-shelf service

Overall great treatment at Ray Catena Mercedes. The facility is outstanding and everyone was courteous. Ed Moravek took all my requirements and met them with the first car he showed me! Truly incredible personal service. It is obvious that Ed cares about helping people. His knowledge of Mercedes was tremendous and very useful for me as I just entered the luxury car market with this purchase. Ed and Will delivered the car to my door, completed all required paperwork right at my house and showed me everything I needed to know about the car. A week into owning the car I hit a nasty pothole and Ed helped me get right into service for repair. I will be recommending Ed and Ray Catena to anyone looking for a great car with excellent service.

Great Experience

Overall great experience with Chris Poppin. We chose Ray Catena of Union for its location and amenities. Chris was great to work with. He got us a fair deal and even threw in some "good" surprises when it was time to pick up our vehicle. We would definitely refer Chris to our family and friends. Customer Service - amazing!

Emailed that I wanted to come in to buy a C300, not sure if new or used. When I arrived they took me to see each one available - ended up with a new 2015 C300 and I am thrilled. Process was as smooth as it could possibly be! Highly recommend this dealership.
