We bought our 2012 E350 from Ray Catena of Union about 10days back. We had an excellent experience with Chris and the Sales Manager James Castello. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. The best aspect we appreciated was that there were no high pressure sales tactics. After we took delivery of the car on a Tuesday, we wanted to make a change in the DMV registration. I called on Wednesday and Chris was very happy to assist me with the change. This was exceptional as normally once the car is sold the response from the representative is at best lukewarm. On the other hand Chris was very helpful and pleasant to help us out. We will recommend Chris Popin and Ray Catena of Union to any body with out any hesitation. In fact we have already recommended them to our tax advisor.

Converted our lease deal when ended to a purchase. All done at Union location with salesman Chris Popin. This is our third car with Ray Catena Mercedes Benz. He has done his best to help meet our needs along with offering numerous options to make sure we were making the best decision.
