Great Service

This is a really good dealership. Very helpful and kind. Very good variety of preowned vehicles. I Would recommend this dealership to anyone

Great experience.

Andrew was wonderful to work with. We shopped several dealerships from Jacksonville to Goldsboro. Andrew was patient and the decision was made. Thanks for a great experience.

Good experience overall

The sales person's performance, during and after the sale, was exceptional. He ranks among the very best I have experienced in my 50 years of car purchases at new car dealerships. A bit on the downside was the rather long wait to complete the purchase paperwork and the extended warranty pitch was a bit strong.

Great Dealer!!!

First off....ask for Ed!!!!! I have come to this dealership twice now, second time I purchased my 2014 Sonic LT. The staff is very friendly and comforting. My sales person(Ed) made every attempt to come to a deal that worked for both of us. In the end, we were all happy and I am happy with my new Sonic. I used to think going to the bigger market, such as Raleigh would give me a better deal, but Goldsboro Chevy changed my mind to that. Please give this dealer a chance!!!! I did and Im very satisfied.

Nice people but wont be back

The facility is nice and the dealers were nice but dont look to walk out of here with a vehicle. They dont work on commision they work off of salary so apparently they are not very motivated to sell a vehicle because they will get paid either way. I have bought two vehicles in the past several years and have never had an issue talking over price and working out a deal. This dealership will not budge on their prices. There is no working out a deal. It is what it is and they wont budge an inch. Left dissapointed and without a vehicle.

We're sorry you had a bad experience with us back in March of this year. We competitively price our vehicles, going from 100-500 miles out form our location, to make sure we are bringing our customers the best price without having to haggle. Unlike many dealers out there we don't have thousands of dollars in markup on our vehicles. We take pride in trying to make sure every customer we come across leaves our dealership completely satisfied with the service they received, regardless of whether or not they ended up purchasing a vehicle, and we sincerely apologize you didn't receive that service.
