Service
Came in for an alignment. I replaced my air filter the day before myself. While I?m there I get notified my air filter needs changing and a picture of my brand new filter gets sent to me with an offer to replace a $30 filter for nearly $90 and turning 3 screws to do so. If you will blatantly try to deceive someone over something as small as a filter then what will you do to sell a car. Seems as if the alignment was done and tires rotated. Although I can?t be sure. Then there were employees arguing with another customer at the front desk over labor costs. The entire industry is so unbelievably money hungry it?s ridiculous. I?ll never be back in Chevrolet of Goldsboro. There?s always something disappointing. Whether it be an air filter scam or a rude GM. But that?s from 2021 and for another survey.

Stay away
THE WORST DEALER AND WORST STAFF . I put a deposit in one car that was still in transit and I kept on following up when its coming and when it cam ANGELA ( sales person) who was ignoring me the whole time started texting and telling me the car which was bench seat is now magically a captain seat and trying to sell me another car and when I called she dose not give any info and suddenly someone called ED CARTER saying i sold the car BY MISTAKE they are totally unprofessional and even their management has zero knowledge of what is going on and just trying to cover mistakes instead of fixing them . Also they just randomly send for your credit check and not even following up with results they run my credit even though they sold my car that I waited for MORE THAN A MONTH . THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE AND NO RESPECT AND ZERO CREDIBILITY, DO NOT TRUST A WORD FROM ANY OF THEM .

The worse service I experienced from a dealership
Took SUV in for a oil change, ended up spending over 1300 in repairs for oil pan. Kept it for 4 days did not call me to let me know the mechanic disconnected the O2 sensor, when he tried to reconnect it, he said it was bad, now they want to charge me to replace it. Really Team Chevrolet.

Not a Pleasant Experience
From the sales room to my last experience with their service dept., they only seem to be after a buck. I won't detail everything but first, the salesman with whom I had made an appt. at Chevrolet's suggestion was half an hour late. Then he tried to talk me out of the cars I was interested in, only trying to sell more expensive models. When I finally decided on one, he and some fast talking associate rammed buying the extended warranty down my throat without really explaining it. Waste of money. Turns out that warranty is not much more than a repair work insurance policy which Chevrolet does not even control. And like any insurance company they can deny your claim, which was almost the case with my last visit. Then the service dept. did not even bother to let me know when the car was ready to be picked up. To top it off, they removed my windshield sticker from Jiffy Lube saying when my next oil change was due. Naturally, they "discovered" other maintenance issues which were not covered by the warranty, which cost twice as much as they should have. I'm done with these people.
