Basil, Basil, Basil just bad employment (Steve). Steve at Basil Resale (Williamsville, NY) was a cocky xxxxxxx. Steve “helped” me find a vehicle by getting up and leaving the desk for 10 minutes. I looked back to see where he went and observed him and his coworker talking over a cellphone picture of Chinese food. Steve did not come back to help as I sat at his desk. I ended up having to get up and leave after the 10 minutes of unnecessary waiting. Steve’s a joke.

DO NOT buy from this dealer.
DO NOT buy from this dealer. No honestyin their dealing with buyers. They tell you one price, change over your insurance, the. Claim they ever ran your information through. Tell you they can’t sell you the car you wants because they don’t have paperwork for it. Put you off for another day,but state they are honoring the dollar amounts discussed. The next day they have you come back at 5pm (they say late to “work with you”. At the last minute they present you paperwork with a payment almost $200 more each month. They already moved your insurance so you are stuck. When you call to speak to them the pretty much tell you oh well. And they did this to a 72 year old man who gave the. His budget up front…. Typical old time sales bait and switch. Would never recommend.

The dealership is top notch. The service writer Jacob Morrison is the best customer service representative I have ever had. He is the reason I came back to Basil (for inspection) after my first time there for a recall and will be doing business with Basil when my lease is up. You get a real nice welcome feeling when entering Joe Basil. Keep up the good work guys.

You misdiagnosed my vehicle wrong again, charging me AGAIN for the wrong diagnostic. How the technicians could have missed the obvious issue is beyond me when it was very evident to a non mechanic. This is the 2nd time Jo Basil charged me over $200.00 for the WRONG DIAGNOSTIC. I will NEVER EVER do business with you again and I have been and will continue telling everyone to NEVER do business with you. Theft is a crime! I have the proof and you owe me over $400.00 refunded back to me, but your business is all about stealing & lying to the customers. I know all about how you sell the worst vehicles to customers and laugh behind closed doors of how you ripped people off on sales of bad vehicles as well as warranties. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
