Test drove a Equinox EV.
Test drove a Equinox EV. I was told by my sales associate that it had AWD. I purchased the vehicle (believing it had AWD.). A few days later, I find out it is a FWD. Basil Chevrolet can do nothing to resolve this issue, even though I was given inaccurate information by them.

Was terrible. They never responded back to my correspondence. Then I saw that it was sold. Why have a website. I won’t bother with that dealership again.

Had to take my car back 3 times.
Had to take my car back 3 times. They fixed things that did not need to be fixed- it took 3 times for they to find the problem after I got charged over $200 for a diagnostic test. They never returned my calls, I had to track them down to see if my vehicle was ready. Not satisfied at all!!!!!!

4-21-25 ( No Heat in my car). Service Completed - Charge 308.93 (Still No Heat) 4-23-25 (No Heat in my car). Service Completed - Charge 210.13 (Got Heat) Was Service performed on 4-21-25 necessary. I was disappointed that car heat was not restored with first visit.

I purchased my 2025 Chevy Traverse from Joe Basil in Depew. My intentions were to just to look at the vehicle, and Drew was more than patient and kind when showing me everything on the vehicle when he knew I was not fully intending on purchasing the vehicle. I was sold on it after Drew took the time to go through everything with me financially and go through my old vehicle. The whole purchasing experience was more than satisfactory, especially how the wait time was a fraction to what I've spent at dealers. Fast, Efficient, and Friendly is all it took for me to be a Joe Basil customer for life now. Thank you Drew and Joe Basil!

I'm very happy (so far🤞) with the chevy trax that I bought at joe basil in depew ny recently. However, I spent hours at the dealer after I selected a vehicle, even waiting patiently for the seller to close a deal with another customer. I was very disappointed that they would not budge with my trade in offer and wouldn't consider a lower interest rate that I could've gotten through my credit union. They even made me pay the ~$40 for paint to touch up the scratches myself. Very obvious that this dealer is all about closing the deal and taking advantage of the customer.
