I had some warranty work done on my Escalade.
In addition to a great buying process, they took care of my front wheel noise and put me in a new Cadillac loaner for several days. Scott Lewis is awesome!

Dashboard disaster
Took my truck in for a front end alignment. Didn't do that said I needed parts replaced. They did however replace the passenger side airbag. Which they said was a recall. In the process cracked my dash in multiple places. They said they are not responsible for the damage and refused to do anything about it.

BUYER BEWARE!
Purchasing an 2016 Cadillac ATV with the manufacturers warranty on it has been an absolute nightmare. When we took delivery of the car the check engine light was on. We had it towed to a local Certified Cadillac dealer in our area and found out that car was sold to us with a gutted out catalytic converter and tampered O2 sensor. As we have learned, this is a violation of the Federal EPA laws for Clean Air. The owner Dathan Wilson not only REFUSES to pay for the repairs to get the car's emission system working to meet Federal requirements, he has hung up on my husband. We have contacted GM, and several other organizations reporting the fraudulent sale of the vehicle. We are writing this review in hopes to making other customer's aware of Wilson Family Auto's horrible and fraudulent business practices in which they have shown complete lack of regard to Federal Law. BUYER BEWARE! THIS DEALER IS A CROOK!

Factory recall issue for 2014 Silverado
All personal were pleasant courteous and helpful. As soon as I pulled in for my scheduled appointment there was someone standing waiting to take care of me and my needs. Took less than 30 minutes to reprogram my factory recall issue. Appointment was at 9am and was back home by 10am. Thank you
