Everyone I had contact with was super nice. They even washed my SRX before returning it to me. Outstanding customer service.

The front desk guy in service dept was new, and very kind!! We did wait15 minutes more than expected, but it was ok since there was a waiting room that was clean and cool.

As always, my experience at Wilson Chevy was the best! The service guys Michael and Scott are not only incredibly knowledgeable, they go above and beyond to provide magnificent customer service. I actually enjoy each experience I have at Wilson because of the people in the service Dept! They always know exactly what needs to be done with my truck, how long it will take, how much it will cost and if there are good less expensive alternatives. Most courteous, polite, fun and respectful group of service folks! And I am provided with a very nice brand new pickup to drive while my truck is being serviced. I cant say enough positive!
