The service advisor was polite and they were timely with the oil change. Waiting room was clean. I don't have anything else to say, but I can't submit until I have at least twenty words. Sheesh.

Always courteous . They keep me informed on what needs to be done and give me an estimate. This time they did some extra work I requested at the last minute.

Was met outside by customer rep person who was probably the nicest I have encountered ever. Very impressed with his politeness (held the door for me), his knowledge, and service.

I have talked with other dealers and they were very good. Wilsons, have been just special. In my entire life thus far I have only purchased two New Cars. Both from Wilsons. I don't know if the other dealers would have gone the extra mile with me like the Wilson dealers did and I don't really care because, as great as it was with the first purchase which was so special, this second one I was able to on my 'own', and at 65 years old, 'My Team' worked with me and treated me like a very special person. Before I got to the house and told my wife what had happened, I did shed a few tears. You can believe it or not, I don't really care. But it is true. Wilsons mean a Whole Lot to me.
