Back dealing locally

Kudos to Dylan Karsch, very helpful from the time I walked in the door till he installed my temporary plate and we shook hands. It's been awhile since a dealership gave a full tank of gas with purchase.

5 STARS for David Blews!!! I know we were a pain in the butt, bringing our 5month old to see cars and sign all the paper work. But David didn’t mind one bit, was very patient with us and helped us find the right car. He sent us texts and called us right back. Thanks David!!

I purchased my Chevrolet Silverado from Burke.

I purchased my Chevrolet Silverado from Burke. I've owned the truck for two years. Recently my radiator began to leak. I called to see if I could get my truck in, but it was a week and a half wait. I took it to a local mechanic, Seitz, who diagnosed the issue. They said I could drive it as long as I continued to refill it, but recommended the radiator be changed. They also suggested I reach out tonsee if they, Burke, might work with me as it appeared the crack was a defect. And of course I am over my warranty miles, so I was facing a $1200 repair bill. I called Burkes service department and they still couldn't get me in. I tried explaining what I was dealing with and was met with a very callous attitude. I asked if they'd be willing to work with me, and was told, we have to see it first. You either will, or won't. It's not that difficult. Disgusted with my Burke conversation, I called Gentilini Chevy. They were much more receptive and helpful. They told me to contact GMC, gave me an appointment two days out, and took care of the radiator for half the cost quoted. Gentilini has a new forever customer. GMC also called me and awarded me 40,000 points toward a future purchase. This is how business should be done. The folks at Burke should take lessons, they need the help

helpful, respectful and patient

Brian Szotak made the process of looking for and buying a car easy and painless. This will have been my 4th time going through this process but my first time with Burke. I left feeling confident in my purchase. Any issues or concerns we had were taken care of with ease. Brian and his team were patient with me and answered all my questions. They also did not push me to feel like I had no other options or that they could not realistically work within my budget. I appreciated the respect they gave me and my husband. The service department has also been wonderful to work with.

Collin was awesome! Answered all of my questions and was very patient. The best part was the dog toy they gave us after the purchase, super cute and thoughtful. They made the process of registering my vehicle to another state a breeze

Go see Burke Motor Group & Scott Novick

My wife and I flew our from CA to purchase a used car for our daughter, who is starting an internship in Washington, DC. We worked with Scott Novick, and he was terrific. Even though we took a few days to pick and decide, and then wanted to look at one more car, Scott was very patient and encouraging. We decided on on the "one more car," which Scott agreed was better than the other three in the running. We can't say enough about how much we appreciated Scott's low-pressure, patient, and encouraging approach. My wife and I enthusiastically recommend Scott Novick.
