Unbelievable experience. From the first conversation with Phil Bruno I knew I was at the right dealership. Phil was a gentleman and very knowledgeable about the car I wanted. He was there for me through the whole process. Roy Powers was just as friendly and knowledgeable about his job. Mike in service was awesome. It can be stressful buying a car. But not at Burke.

Usually going to a car dealership is a stressful exp with high pressure sales tactics. Well not at Burke. I asked to test drive two cars the salesperson was knowledgable and accommodating. When it came to negotiating it was quick simple and very upfront and honest. What I liked the most was how everyone else there went out of their way to introduce themselves. I could tell everyone enjoyed working their and that Burke is the place to buy a car. They know I didnt like spending money and the interest rate they got me was amazing. I have bought 4 Subarus the last two were from Burke Motor Group. Two years ago I bought a 2020 Outback from David and Jeremy at Burke after searching the entire Midwest for a good deal which nobody could beat. This year after deciding to trade my 2020 Outback, I was on the search again only to pick up the phone and contact Jeremy and David at Burke Motor Group. Despite the fact that Thomas Doll CEO Subaru of North America condemned marking up the prices above MSRP, every Subaru dealer in Michigan, my home state did exactly the opposite, but not Burke Motor Group. David and Jeremy ordered a 2022 Outback from the factory and gave me a very good trade in offer and to top it off David personally delivered my new Outback to me in Michigan. I've said it before and I'll say it again, speaking from experience, this being my fourth Subaru, when it comes to customer service, honesty and excellence David, Jeremy and Burke Motor Group blows every Subaru dealership that I've dealt with out of the water, hands down. my wife and i were looking for another car and went to Burke last Monday. James was extremely helpful. We were struck by the fact that there was no additional markup on the car due to the shortage we hear about. We felt the price was fair and well laid out. We picked up the car the next day.
