6 months later and they still haven’t released the title...

6 months later and they still haven’t released the title or registration. My sister died Friday and I need transportation to get back to Pennsylvania and I can’t even get Burke motors to return a call. My credit is tied up at my credit union because Burke motors has not released the title in two years to the credit union . I’m disabled and can’t get a new I’d and they refuse to help me in anyway. They return no calls. The lady who has been put on my case cannot be bothered. Why can I not speak to the owner of Burke motors. Buy the car back if you are not going to release the title. You have the full amount paid by my credit union. I have paid $8,000 already for a car I can’t use. You are ruining my life and have made it impossible to travel to my own sisters funeral. Shame on Burke motors

We are very sorry for your loss. As you know, the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicle has been trying to assist you with the documents you were able to provide. We understand that the Division of Motor Vehicle has been in communication with you, and we will advise if we receive any updates.

Just as long as the public knows it took me to contact the New Jersey division of motor vehicles 3 months ago before anything happened. Burke motors has done nothing other than sell and take the money from me and my bank and apparently sold the vehicle illegally. Nothing has been done by Burke motors to help. I had to contact someone to find out what I could do. I’ve contacted abc Philly and they will be getting in touch as well. If you don’t want to release the car buy it back!!!! Have some sort of accountability. Id was supplied in June. Was ok’d in June. Then was denied in July. The games can and will not continue. For 2 years Burke motors has not had a follow up call or even one letter letting me know what I could do or why my registration or plates were never sent. I’m severely disabled and you have taken advantage of me in the worst possible way. It’s disheartening to know there are businesses like Burke motors who do these things to customers. It wasn’t illegal for me to purchase the car with the wrong Id, it was illegal for you to sell it to me. You did the wrong thing not me. You should be held accountable not me

9th VEHICLE FROM DAVID HAND

Last week we returned to David Hand and bought our 9th vehicle from Burke Motor Group. Nothing is too much trouble for David during the purchase experience. He patiently takes the time to explain and set up the various features in the vehicle. As long as David is at Burke he will be our GO TO GUY.

Good car buying experience!

Dave Blews and Chris Paprzycki helped me with my car buying experience. My wife Nicole purchased a Subaru Outback last year from burk and Chris helped us then. I reached out to Chris on a Sunday because I seen a car on the lot I really liked. Dealership is closed on Sundays but He directed me to Dave. I reached out to Dave on a Sunday and he called me back in 10 min. We talked on the phone and I told him about my hectic work schedule. Dave came into work on his day off so that I could test drive the car first thing in the morning. I then ended up purchasing the vehicle on Dave’s day off. Chris and Dave really made the car buying experience go really well for me. I had to make two appointment that day. Dave and Chris got all of the paperwork ready as I had to come and go between appointments. They really worked well together and made the car buying experience go as smoothly as possible. I am really happy with my new vehicle and so is my wife with hers. I was skeptical about buying from burk because I had a bad experience there Ten years ago with parts and mechanic department on my old Jeep. I just want you to know that it has completely turned around and you have staff that really care about helping people. Thank you.

This is my second trip to Burke Motor Group. Once again Dave Hand took the time to show me several Subaru Foresters & let me compare the group. Great Experience with Burke Motor Group

I went to my local car dealerships to purchase a used vehicle. Do to the COVID manufacturing delays, the new vehicles were limited. I was able to get an “off lease” Subaru Legacy with only 16k miles on it for a fantastic price, and additionally a fantastic warranty. My sales rep was Phil Bruno, and it was a nice easy transaction purchasing the vehicle. I will return to Burke for my car needs, and recommend others to support this family owned business!

I lost my new 2021 Cadillac to flooding and I was desperate for a car, especially since there is a lack of inventory on the East Coast. I was pleasantly surprised by this dealership. Michael Roselli made me feel right at home and I went home with a great car.

Highly Satisfied

My experience with Burke Was a welcome relief. After having a terrible experience leasing my former car with another Dealership, I was dreading leasing again. Michael Carson was extremely helpful.
