My salesman, Ned Hood, was absolutely fantastic. He found the PERFECT car for me — at another dealership, no less — and made the arrangements to acquire it. I gave him the most non-specific preferences to go by, and he somehow managed to find a vehicle that was precisely the configuration I had in mind as my “ideal.” The sales manager, Matt Slobodjian, really put in the effort to help secure the financing approval for my new lease. He's good at what he does, and his demeanor when explaining things to me and discussing my options was calm, patient, and professional. The Texan finance guy who did all the paperwork with me (Mr. Powers) has a personality bigger than the state he came from and was super chill and easy to work with. Overall, my experience with Burke Motor Group was great. This is the third vehicle I have bought or leased from them in my lifetime, and I will certainly be coming back for my next.

We decided we wanted a new VW ID.4. We visited two VW dealers near Philadelphia. One sales person seemed totally disinterested in selling this $50k car and could hardly answer our questions. The next one was full of answers, but as he continued talking we discovered a lot of it was bull, so we didn’t want to deal with him any longer. Next we tried Burke. Although we called to try to make an appointment, no one answered nor returned our call, so we just drove over the next day. We walked into the VW showroom and met David. He got up from his desk to come over and greet us. He is very personable and seemed to be truthful from the beginning. If he didn’t know an answer he told us so and would then try to get it. The ID.4 is very new, so even dealers don’t know all of the answers yet. Don’t get me wrong, Dave does know a lot about this car and was good at answering most of our questions. We felt very comfortable with Dave. As we dealt with him, he seemed like someone we could trust and were happy to have bumped into him! Since having the car for a few weeks, more questions have cropped up and he has made himself available by email, by phone and in person to answer all of these questions. We would definitely recommend him to sell us (or you) y/our next car!

This will be my third vehicle that I purchased from the Burke Motor Group with the help of Joe Battaglia. I would never go anywhere else and Joe has always been professional, always helpful, never a salesman but a person who truly cares about the customers.
