I visited Burke to have an oil change performed on my 2014 Crosstrek. While waiting, I saw the new 2021 model of the Crosstrek in the lot and took some time to look it over. No one hassled me, no one pressured me, but I fell in love. Brian was so great to work with, as I was not prepared since I didn't come prepared to buy a car. He was patient, he explained each step of the process, and made sure that I understood everything that was happening.
