Great experience!

James was most patient through the entire process. Given this was my Im first car since moving to the area and the current COVID situation, it was greatly appreciated. He was communicative and helpful without being overbearing.

Tiguan SUV purchase

Didn’t enter COVID-19 concerns. My purchase was made from our traded automobile. We are very happy with our 2020 Tiguan SUV. It drives great and gives the feeling of a heavy car. James made it a pleasurable car purchase! Good salesman that follows up after the sale!

The fifth vehicle I have purchased from Burke.

I have neen in sales and marketing for over 30 years. Here's what I look for in a good sales rep.: don't give me a reason to shop. Be up front about the price. Don't over promise and under deliver. We may not get it done the first visit, but give it some time and we will both make concessions to get a deal done. Jim McCarty gets this. Dave and Ray Burke get it. People want to support their local dealership.

Bought a certified preowned Cadillac

The purchase was smooth no pressure deal, with short wait time. The car was prepped and ready to roll in no time. Buying a XT5 always makes it easier to deal with

"Not my concern"-that's what they say

I leased a 2020 VW Tiguan from Burke on March, 19th, 2020. At the time I had a current lease(2017 Chevy Cruz) with 3 remaining payments. The agreement was: they would take care of all dues associated with the Chevy, I'd leave the vehicle with them (since they're GM dealer as well) and I'd sign a new VW lease. I provided all the information on the current lease, they were able to verify it and they made me an offer. The offer satisfied my budget and I signed the new lease. They first failed to forward information to VW Credit and when I tried to make my first payment in April, I wasn't able to do so, because the system had no data about me and the VW vehicle whatsoever. By the time they fixed that, I was in delay with a penalty fee. But that's not everything. In the end of May, GM Financial, notified me that I owe $421.17 for a disposition fee on the Chevy. It turns out "Burke" never considered that fee when made the offer. And I was assured that "everything is taken care of". After several attempts to reach a manager, I spoke to the Sales Manager- Jeremy Webb, who arrogantly stated that: "this was not his concern". Tried to reach a higher level management but all I got was a person who introduced himself as "Jamie". Absolutely ineffective in solving my issue. I'm still waiting for his call...What a shame! I filed a complaint with BBB. Dealership insisted that the agreement was paying only the 3 remaining payments on the Chevy without the disposition fee. But why would I be excluding that fee from the bargain?! Makes no sense. Dealerships would usually transfer outstanding balance on existing lease over the new payment and I was aware of that. That's why I provided all the info on my current lease(VIN, etc.) for them and that was before they came up with the offer. I realized I was played in a very rudely way and nobody's taking me seriously. But guess what, I'm not going to them for the scheduled maintenance and that's the first 2 years, so that they won't get money from VW for that. Not to mention that I'll never get another vehicle from them. "Burke" is doing a fantastic job in losing new customers!

James Hannan is the best salesperson ever!!!

Shopping for a new car can be very stressful but James made it quite enjoyable and relaxing. We got the car we came in for and a lot of extra service related items. I would recommend James and Burke Motors to anyone
