I just purchased a 2020 Forester from Burke Motor

I just purchased a 2020 Forester from Burke Motor Group. Between my husband and myself, this is our 11th Subaru - husband leased 5 and I leased 2 and purchased 4 - and the 2nd one I have purchased from Burke. I have always had them serviced by a Subaru dealer and will continue to do so. I guess you could say I simply love Subarus.

Very disappointed in the service

Have had nothing but problems with the service department. I've had my car in 2 times because it shakes and shutters when your stopped at a light and they claim they don't feel anything but yet there is a recall on it for that. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment because my freon was leaking and needed a loaner car, slowly lost air while waiting but the time it got in I had no air. Waiting 3 weeks for an appointment is ridiculous. Part is still on back order 3 weeks later and we have hot days and I have no air. A 2017 Tahoe shouldn't have a freon leak and I shouldn't be sweating. Smart thing to do was add more freon until the part came in. Called to complain and service manager was supposed to call back, still waiting 3 weeks later for that call. My lease is up in a few months and at this point I will take my business elsewhere. Joe the salesman was great but lousy service.

Professional and Pleasant

Would you rather go through the car buying process or get a root canal?if you've been around long enough you know that is not a stupid question. My recent experience at the Burke pre-owned lot was actually pleasant. Salesman Brian Szotak was a professional with a sense of humor. The staff that I interacted with were pleasant and courteous. Nice people selling good cars. Way better than a root canal.

Went looking for used car, for a new one. Love it

Ned Hoop made it a great experience. I started looking and checking out some used cars in their inventory. He was really helpful and not pushy at all. I ended up with a 2019 Crossteck. Couldn’t be happier. Ned helped through the whole process as did others. I felt the price was fair and never felt pushed to do or add anything. My husband bought a car 3 years prior and had a similar experience at Burke. We are now a 2 Subaru family and happy.

Excellent Service
