I was unfortunately in need of replacing one of my cars, and car buying is not fun. I started with Cars.com and narrowed down to Burke Auto Group in Cape May Courthouse.. They had many options for pre-owned and certified. After a good deal of research I went to Burke with a few choices. Jim Law, a Subaru sales associate met me and we discussed my needs for a vehicle. I test drove my #1 choice, the Tiguan. Jim suggested looking at a Crosstrek which was a great idea for comparison. I opted for the Tiguan. The closing process was very easy, maybe too much time spent on the extended maintenance packages, but easy. I had a specific budget so it was great being able to stay in that range and not be hard sold to something not in my price range. I was impressed that a Subaru sales associate was able to provide information on another make of car. I had questions on some of the nuances of the car and Jim was able to research and provide me with needed decision making information.

Very impressed. Treated great and easy transaction. Highly recommend. We also get all our service work done here and never had a problem. Very relaxed atmosphere.

We found several certified pre-owned vehicles on Cars.com, and requested more information online about them on a Thursday night. Within minutes, the internet sales manager responded, followed up the next morning, and set an appointment for our visit on Friday afternoon. Even through the construction, Mark Barny helped us with professionalism and good humor, and had us out of there quickly with the right car for our needs. They give a portion of each sale to a local charity too!
