Excellent service in providing vehicle.

Excellent service in providing vehicle. It took some time to find the exact vehicle I wanted and while waiting I did see another dealership down on Sherman Oaks so went ahead made the drive and attempted to buy there but the experience was awful. The Sales Manager was difficult to work with so I left. I have been a Ford owner all my life and after 5 decades of buying Fords I decided to try GMC. After my experience at the Sherman Oaks dealership I questioned my choice and thought about going back to Ford then my sales person Santos at Borjon called me saying they found the vehicle I wanted and it just arrived at their dealership. Must have been fate because when I arrived they were very gracious from my sales rep to the sales manager and finance manager. They honored the deal I had negotiated with the other dealership and it was an easy sale. I was given a thorough walk through of the truck and the worked with me every step. When I buy a car I also in essence buy the service as well and Borjon earned that loyalty. I was with the same Ford dealership for over 25 years and will do the same with Borjon.

missing parts new vehicle

Was promised parts were going to be ordered. not all parts were ordered and no one has called to install parts after installer found out it is missing more or less 4 pieces of trim not just one. and it is going on 2 1/2 months and nothing.

Found the right car for the best price

Found the Regal TourX I wanted listed at a great price. Christopher was accommodating and informative, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and nothing we didn't. Jennifer made the financing info clear and transparent. Excellent experience all around.

Great employees, no pressure, great inventory.

No pressure and lots of inventory. There was a friendly environment and knowledgable staff. We enjoyed the car buying experience and love our new Acadia Denali.
