VERY CLEAN & PROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP!

My car broke down and it was time to reinvest into a new vehicle. I searched online and went to local dealerships. Our local GMC dealership was so helpful & friendly. I'm a single mom with little time, or money to put down. My sales guy (Cooper) was very helpful & tech savy, which my son enjoyed all the features the suv had to offer. The sales manager (Larry) went above & beyond to ask questions & find discounts for me. The process was easy & fast!! They're follow up & services is much appreciated!! GREAT STAFF BORJON GMC!!

Great service and dealership

I came into the dealership and was greeted by Cooper a new car sales. He had asked what I was interested in and I said the Arcadia. Long story short I met Larry the who was the finance guru, great guy and he had me financed in no time. In the passed, I have purchased 2 trucks and 1 Yukon and now the Arcadia and every time was a great experience and I'm very happy with the dealership, Cooper and Larry.

Great Service

We had a few return trips to Borjon Auto, due to our tight schedule, but the customer service reps were eager to make sure we were given the information we requested. All questions were answered and our trade in was evaluated and properly priced based on the research I had done. The finance part also was very easy and clear to understand. I feel Ashley, Phoenix and Ronnie are all 100% customer focused.

the whole car buying experience went very smooth with very few bumps. F & I guy great. Sales staff friendly. Would shop there again.

AC Easterbrook

This is our second experience buying a truck from Borjon and it was a great experience both times. Their team works so well together and they just make the whole experience fun. They are great!

Same Problem

My car had a very difficult problem with fuel system and because of back ordered parts from General Parts it took several weeks to resolve. The problem has re-occurred and I am taking it back to the service department this morning. I believe this problem is caused by the manufacturer and in no way the fault of the local service department who have done everything they could to resolve the problem. My rating above is for the service department and my rating for General Motors is 0-poor.

Amazing perple and amazing deals

My husband and i were on a short vacation in Paso Robles. On our way to the place we were staying we saw the GMC dealership. I have been wanting a 1500 Sierra Denali for a while. So we decided to check out the dealership, we were from out of town so we were not serious on buying one at the time. After test driving the truck we sat down and talked about how the numbers. We were not pressured in to anything. My husband and i were very happy and impressed with the deal that they were willing to give us. They also were very understanding of the fact we were from San Diego. So they made sure we were completely happy and ready to make the drive the next day in our new 1500 Sierra Denali. The staff were great and we would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Great service as always

I dropped my car off for an oil change and service and expected it to be done by the afternoon and it was done in about an hour and a half. I was having the oil changed, fluids checked and tires rotated. I work down the street from the dealership and really needed to have them keep my car until the end of the day. They made sure I was there last pick up before the end of their day so that I could stay at work. That was a big help. Janet Marcotte
