My Evaluation of Borjon Auto Center
This purchase of my Acadia from Borjon was one of the most efficient and pleasant experiences that I have had purchasing cars from other agencies. The entire auto center could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I purchased the car from Dan and Cooper who were not only professional and thoroughly helpful with explanations and feeling comfortable with my purchase. I had my Grandson along who is 5 yrs old. Dan and Cooper were so nice to him and made him feel he was really helping with the purchase. Wish I wouldn't have bought from them
Buying the car was nice and easy like always but repairs and such were a nightmare I sent my wife in once before they changed owners from golden hills and they treated her like she was dirt and knew nothing was very sad about the situation then another problem arose now with the new name borjon with the hopes of better customer service. Ha man was I wrong she took it in under warranty and should have offered her a rental. After walking a good ways down the street home she asked me what to do about getting home and then to work the next day. I then got frustrated picked her up and called them asking why they weren't giving us a rental option not even asking their answer was, "oh I didn't think you guys needed one" I just don't get it and hoped to have more faith well rancho grande you have got my business now.
