I have no issues with your dealership. My issue is with the GM. They fail to provide a fix for the FCA on my 2015 GMC Sierra 2500.

We looked at the GMC terrain on a Saturdayat Borjon and went home to think about it. On Sunday we returned and our salesperson had the day off. We had called him and he immediately came down to help us. The entire staff worked very well together; it was a great experience!

Had a clamp on the seat upholstery come loose after a recall repair. I took it in and they had it fixed in about an hour. When they noticed that I needed new tires the gentleman in service let me know about a rebate program that was currently running and also let me know that they priced matched. After checking with another tire dealer I was back at Borjon. The other tire dealer was more than your price was. But even after going ahead and using Borjon the serviceman came out and let me know that Borjon was able to save me another $60. I couldnt be happier with your service and making the customer happy.

Borjon made buying a new vehicle a fund an easy experience!

Called on a Sunday about a truck that was online. Talked to the Internet sales reps and they got the ball rolling on the truck with in a few minutes. Monday morning they gave me a call back from the Dealership and gave me a price and all the details on the truck. Once that part was complete we then discussed me driving out there to test drive the truck and making sure all of my needs were going to be met (I live almost 2hrs away from the Dealership) they insured us that since we talked to them first they will have the truck ready and waiting for us. Truck was in great condition and we took the deal. Customer service was great and they kept their word and; did not try to sell the truck out from under us or raise the price/other surprises.
