After a tire rotation a lugnut came off while driving. We had to pay for a new one locally. Lights shouldn’t come flying off.

They added on extra charges that I never heard of. I have purchased many gm vehicles from Sundance and Berger and never had these charges. I will never go back to this dealership and will let all my friends know
