Another Great purchase! This is our 4th vehicle we have purchased through yall! Rick was an awesome sales man got us into exactly what we were looking for AGAIN! This was the first time we have had Delissa for finance but she was great! I would definitely wait in line to be able use her again! We did have to bring our Trax back for a mandatory GM update but Shana got us into service right away and kept me up to date on the progress! Great Team!

Salesman Larry R. was informative, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my "desires and concerns" regarding a new vehicle purchase consideration. He was not a pushy salesman and I appreciated that! The dealership is clean inside and out, lot vehicles are well maintained for appeal, and this dealership provides an atmosphere of ease, not tense and feeling like you have to run out the door away from aggressive salespeople. I have worked with finance specialist Brian H. and he is also professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. My questions were all answered and I did purchase a new vehicle the same day as my visit. I left feeling comfortable with both my decision and the operational components of my new vehicle.

Harley was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met and that I was 100% happy. Super great attitude and energy and very knowledgeable. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful, making for an overall awesome experience. This is the second car in three months that my self and my husband have purchased. I called Harley asking him to find me a Mini Cooper, and ended up buying a Chevy spark because of his knowledge on the car. We have come back and will continue to come back to buy vehicles from Harley Laboda because of his knowledge and expertise he brings to our interactions.

I had a scheduled service appointment for oil change. The service was taken care of promptly and my tires were rotated along with a all points checkup. A oil pan seepage was detected and a repair time will be set up for work. as a bonus, they washed my vehicle because it was real dirty and cleaned the windows and dusty dashboard. I would recommend Fairbanks Chevrolet Buick GMC if asked about my experience.

Addressed all of our service need. Determined two item would be covered under warranty/ seat cover and poor head light illumination/ service bulletin upgrade. The Onstar system is amazing.

We highly recommend Larry Reger as a sales associate. We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle as we were "just looking". Less than three hours later, we were the owners of a new GMC Sierra 1500 Denali! Larry made the sales process and choice to buy so easy that we simply saw no reason to wait on our purchase. Justin Vey in finance was equally easy to work with and made the money side of things actually fun.

David was a great sales man that is very knowledgeable. He does tend to make promises that he can't keep though. He told us we would get a certain price for the Equinox and it ended up being a lot more out the door. He also said that our payments wouldn't go over a certain amount and they did. He has also promised us a loaner car for when we need maintenance and that doesn't seem like it is going to happen. Otherwise we are super happy with our car that we end up buying.
