First time getting warranty service-

I've never owned a new vehicle before and I hadn't ever dealt with warranty service. I had come prepared for the long haul since I was used to waiting forever to get work done. The service department was quick, courteous, and had me in and out before I had a chance to get settled. Nice waiting area and great relief working with a group that knows what they are doing.

Wonderful service!

Ariel was very prompt about scheduling a rental car when it was decided that repairs were covered under warranty. She was also warm and friendly any time we contacted her.

Working with Larry Reger.

Larry Reger was our sales representative when we made our purchase of the 2016 Chevy Spark. Larry was extremely professional and cared about our needs originally my wife and I came in to look at a 2008 Ford Taurus that was in stock due to trade-in that happened about a week ago. My wife and I were looking for an affordable and reliable vehicle for myself to get to work everyday. When we took the Ford Taurus out for a test drive that vehicle was shaky and I could tell it had a lot of problems. Instead of selling us the Ford Taurus Larry had recommended to us that it would not be a smart purchase to get the get the original vehicle we came in for because it would be unreliable as well has a vehicle that would absorb our money due to repairs. Larry made sure that my wife and I were taken care of as we looked at a few other options thankfully the dealership had a promotion going on for the 2016 Chevy Spark. Larry was very knowledgeable and very respectful and I would highly recommend him as a sales representative. Even after the dealership was closed he made sure that we were still taken care of and helped finalize our purchase of the Chevy Spark. I have nothing but good things to say about Larry and the Chevrolet Buick GMC of Fairbanks.

Service

Took Silverado in for oil change and tech found a leaking wheel seal and loose steering leakage. Both were fixed. I've always enjoy the service I receive at Chevrolet Buick GMC of Fairbanks.
