A+ service

I experienced a 'check engine' light on a recent visit to Fairbanks. Even though I showed up without an appointment, they were able to fit me right in. Their waiting area is well appointed, with comfortable chairs, complimentary coffee, TV, free WiFi and tables to comfortably work at. There were also snacks and custom coffees available for moderate cost. My truck was diagnosed in a reasonable amount of time, and my service advisor (Bob Revermann) clearly pointed out and explained what needed to be done. I was even escorted to Joe Sharrah's work bay so I could see for myself (with the safety glasses they provided :-) . And while the authorized repairs were being made they kindly shuttled me to a nearby appointment, and picked me up afterwards. On my return, my truck was ready to go - the timing was perfect. For an unforeseen "inconvenience" of having to deal with a 'check engine' light in a city I'm not familiar with, I was thrilled with how everything played out. GM dealers know the meaning of customer service, and Bob and Joe are a shining examples of this. "Thank you!".....and keep up the great work boys!

John worked reley hard to get me the best deal. It took most of the day that was due to my credit. I wish I could have spent more time going over the car, but I had to go to work.

The above star ratings are hard to figure out.....overall 5 stars, customer service 5 stars, quality of repair 5 stars overall facilities 5 stars. Everyone was very customer friendly, the work done well and quickly. Was kept informed on how long I might wait. courtesy inspection done, even tho only there for one small repair.....very good practice. Overall pleasant experience.

2006 Diesel

I went in for a checkup. Well, I took my 2006 truck in for an oil change and a checkup and left with everything done, including some heavy duty tasks that I would not have been able to schedule around in this busy year. While there of course I enjoyed the latest in GM offerings, the new car smell, new approaches to cup holders in pickup trucks (finally!), and left with a lot of ideas about affordable choices. It was a really great day. And that is unusual as a car dealership. (below I did mark that I bought a vehicle...I did, but that was a few years ago)

You can't find a beter experience

From sales, to parts for accessories, and service for honest dependable people I stay with Chevrolet . I'm not an easy customer but the team work at Lithia always provide a great experience
