Great Dealership - Great Experience
We are repeat Nissan buyers & always go back to Gates when we are shopping for a new vehicle. The dealership is outstanding & the service department is great! Jay was our salesman when we purchased our Rogue in June. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions. Professionalism at its best

Bob Lussier Comes Through Again
We had a Subaru Forrester, which my wife had co-signed on for my mother-in-law that was up August 1. We tried to work with the Subaru dealership to turn it in or buy it out but the dealership was not really interested in helping us with the final portion of this lease. I called Gates, initially we tried to work the numbers so we could trade in the lease, plus lease a new one for my wife and I would buy or lease also a new one for me. Things looked stalled until Bob worked his magic. Not only did Gates buy the old Subaru but worked the deal so the payments for the two new Rogue leases were within what we wanted to pay. If you are going to lease or buy a Nissan, call Gates and ask for Bob, Don and Sheri (Gates customers since 1998)

They're like family.

Amazing customer service
From the time I walked through the door to when I drove off the lot in my new car I felt like a very valued customer. They did everything they could to ensure I was satisfied and I felt like was a VIP. They are kind, courteous and went the distance to ensure everything was taken care of. They even contacted the insurance company to get them to insure my new car while I was signing the paper work. I will buy from them again when I need a new car.

Great experience!!
Worked with Charlie mannix at the Nissan store. My initial contact was just for a test drive, we were greeted as we walked to the door by someone opening the door for us and welcoming us. He asked if were there for someone, and we were introduced immediately to Charlie who was waiting for us. The used JEEP we looked at had all of the options we wanted and it was an easy and friendly transition from test drive to purchase! The whole staff was extremely friendly and all smiles. Charlie followed through on everything we requested from start to finish, this is truly an exceptional customer oriented dealer

Fantastic caring and understanding service from all areas
In March 2014 I was able to lease a brand new Nissan Versa Note thanks to Brian and Nick. In July of 2016 I received a letter letting me know that Nissan was giving me a 2 month forgiveness on current lease payments. I went in and the plan was to keep the 2014 Versa as I loved the car and it only had 17,770 miles on it. and I had no money to even think about replacing it as I'd just lost my husband. Tara was my new contact as Brian had recently moved on to better things. She was very understanding of my wants and other situations and explained that I might be better of in the long run if I replaced the 2014. 1 New lease would be fully warranteed. 2. I'd get another 4 free service checks over the next 2 yrs and 3 Nissan had already approved my credit due to my current credit and on time payments on it. Needless to say we got right to work on test driving a 2016 Nissan Sentra.. Although I was not overly impressed with it at the time (the 1 we test drove had things I didn't want or need and I didn't care for the color.) When we got back to the dealership Tara immediately check inventory at other locations and found the color and options I was looking for in southern New Hampshire and they could have it here and ready for me to pick up Monday morning. The car I know lease was driven 152 miles by Nissan employees from it's original location in Portsmouth, NH to this dealership in CT and that is the only mileage that was on the car when I picked it up. I have since moved to upstate New Hampshire and have a total of 1850 miles on the car to date. Tar and the service department have been in contact with making sure all is well and even though I'm 6 hrs away I'm still able to come to CT for my free service when i come down to visit family. Thank you all for your wonderful service to me and the community at large.
