I had a lease that I no longer wanted and with the help of Paul Mazza and Nick I was in the car I wanted within a week and had the car delivered to me since I lived two hours away which was awesome! Incredibly helpful group of people and will always take my business to them.

Excellent! I was looking for a long time (2 years) to replace my 2007 Pontiac G6 family car. I went to Gates GMC and Paul assisted me with service. Paul answered my questions and concerns about the Buick lineup. I liked the size and room of the Encore plus the AWD. The SUV has great acceleration and great on gas. The trim features were much better than the Trax. I wanted a certain color and Paul found the SUV. I wanted to pay a certain price with 0% financing. Paul helped me with the negotiations. The team at Gates takes care of my SUV after the sale with kind and courteous service. Next vehicle I will certainly start with Gates GMC. mark

I purchased my dream vehicle (370Z) from Jim Satalino at Gates and have to say that the entire transaction could not have gone smoother... Jim was the lead sales contact however I dealt with several people i.e. finance, sales manager, sales assistance, and everyone was great to work with. At first I thought it would not be possible to afford this vehicle at this time, however Gates did a fantastic job working with me on the payment options as well as greatly discounting the cost of the car in order for me to drive away with it. The trade-in that I received was too good to pass up, this sealed the deal. Jim Satalino was great to deal with; he was always very responsive to my questions & negotiations. Most of our dealings were handled through texting and email, where you would think communications could break down, but this was not the case, I received a speedy replies to any questions and negotiations. I like that! I am 100% satisfied with my purchase at Gates Nissan. I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime and have to say that this first purchase through Gates was probably my smoothest and most satisfying. Gates is a dealership which works hard to find the right vehicle be having excellent and informed staff. Paul Mazda spent most of his day helping me find a car specific to my needs. He showed me several vehicles and patiently test rode each vehicle. He was kind and I recommend working with him as an excellent car sales specialist. I was happy to work with Paul.
