painless

We purchased a Rogue for my wife in 2013 and James was awesome. I wanted a different Nissan SUV and my wife wanted a Rogue, so James had the two lined up side by side before we even arrived, and took the time to walk us through both vehicles, giving us the pros and cons of each. We then took each one for attest drive, and compared them again after we got back. James put together excellent quotes on each one and gave us the time we needed to make a decision. Best experience I've had with a car purchase.

No fuss car buying & good service department

Bought my last 2 Nissan's at Gates (Maxima and Armada). I was pleased with the pricing, car preparation, and follow-up with any issues on both vehicles. The service department is convenient and works with you on maintenance options.

Simple and straight forward

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Jimmy. When it's time for number 4 I will again go to Jimmy at Gates. Purchasing 3 vehicles from the same dealer and same sales person should tell you it all. Plus it's the only dealership that allows you to take a vehicle for the weekend to see if it's what you want for free.

Excellent!!!

We had friends of ours recommend Gates GMC/Nissan to us 4 years ago. We leased a GMC Acadia and three years later purchased a GMC Seira and a Nissan Sentra. There was no hassle or aggregation. Thanks Paul Mazza and Nick! We look forward to many more sales!

The best!

My husband and I have purchased and leased several cars (Nissan and Buick) from Gates. Each time Paul Mazza has been our salesperson. The experience is always smooth. Loyalty

A wonderfully easy process

I had recently been in an accident that had totaled my beloved 2005 Altima, I knew that I was interested in a bigger car and I thought the Rogue would be the one for me. I called the dealership ahead of time, and within ten minutes of me getting there I was test driving a new Rogue with Paul as my copilot . Safe to say the test drive went well because I didn't test drive anything else! Paul was extremely informational and went over every detail of the radio, the handling system and anything else that would help me come to my decision. When it came time for the paperwork, it was seamlessly easy, and Paul was quick! Financing flew by, and after a few signatures I was on my way. The next day I was able to pick up my car where it was impeccably clean, and even had a full tank of gas. Paul spent time with me setting up my bluetooth, XM radio stations and making sure that I was comfortable driving away. Overall a great experience, and i can't wait to be back in March for my oil change!

We've purchased 2 vehicles from Gates with the help of Bob Lussier. Great at getting back to us with information, and didn't push the sale, just continued to work with us to meet our needs. Great Guy!
