Jason Tracy was wonderful! He was not pushy at all. He helped us look at the Chevy Equinox we were interested in and the following week when we came back he helped us figure out a payment plan that worked for us. He even came in on his day off when we picked up the car! Lithia Cheverolet price matched the equinox we found online in Folsum and had the color car we wanted driven up to Redding! I was very happy to get the pacific blue color! Customer service was great. My husband bought a truck from Taylor Motors and got terrible customer service. He couldn't even get them to put air in his tire when we were going out of town and the gas stations we went to didn't have the right valve. We were not going back there. I will highly recommend Lithia Cheverolet!

I have to say Lithia Chevrolet has seriously upped their game in the service department. I had an appointment which was supposed to take up to 1.5hrs and I was called within the hour to let me know it was ready for pick-up. It's so nice when you make an appointment and you're in and out quickly, no more long waits. As always they did a once over on other components of the car and pointed out the fact that I had a slice in my front tire. Thank you so much for the great service...
