I bought a new Buick June 20,2014 , from Mike Mertz. A very pleasant experience. The first thing he did was show me the car and then send me on an unaccompanied test drive. He took all the time I needed to answer questions and help set up the car. The negotiated price was fair and closing the deal went pretty quickly. I would buy another car from Mike and Mildenberger Motors even though I had to travel over 209 miles to deal with them. A great bunch of people.

Stan helped me purchase my new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and did everything he said he would do in the process. Would gladly search him out if I am ever looking for another vehicle.

Called on a escalade v and they said the msrp is 154k and they asking 214k wow they are just gouging the consumer there are several out there for msrp any dealer that has a markup over msrp should not be shopped at anyway they are trying to take advantage of the consumer like me ...

I worked with Mike Mertz at Mildenberger, I had a great experience. I called asked to test drive the car I was looking at, by 5 pm same day was driving my new car home. Easy to work with, answered all my questions, had it warmed up and ready to go when I got off work. Will definitely buy through him again.

Mark was very helpful when first called and then I drove from central Mt. to see if the reviews were true about this dealership. They indeed were. Mark sold me the truck that I came to see and was easy to deal with , no high pressure. A rare dealership in these times.

This was totally unexpected. Big town dealerships have a lot to learn from these folks. I bought a used 21 year old truck so I can tow a farm trailer. I didn't need much, just a powerful engine and a hitch. Instead, I got a beautiful F250 in great condition, heated leather seats, satellite radio, Bluetooth, tires with usable thread, lots of extras I was not expecting. All for a rock bottom price. Plus Mark Pent treated me like a king. He even came to pick me up at the hotel, and filled the tank for me. The transaction was very easy and fast. I was out in 30 minutes. They didn't try to sell me any accessories or anything extra. I loved how well this went. It changed my perception of what a used car buying experience should be. Certainly different from anything I had experienced before.

Mark Pent came in on Christmas Eve, so I could buy my new 2022 GMC 1500 Sierra AT4. The service was fast, friendly and super organized. Would recommend over and over again.
