I recently had the privilege of purchasing my second vehicle from McDaniel Automotive. The first vehicle purchase was excellent so how in the world would the second purchase be anything but excellent? Well it was. Mr. Knight and Jody Roberts were so professionally nice and very sincere. They worked to truly find me the best car to fit every need and want while keeping it within my budget. As the owner of a local Driving School, I often take my vehicles in for oil changes. Sounds simple. Some time ago my personal vehicle went in for an oil change and I ask to make sure all fluids were topped off, 2 days later my low washer fluid light was on...most recent was a company car, ask to have 3000 mile reminder on sticker not the usual 5000. Also ask for front tires to be checked and topped at 40psi rears at 35. All were set at 32. Sticker was for 5000 miles. Had them add air and redo mileage sticker and it came back at 7000. Service writer said "hes been doing this for a long time, musta overlooked it". Makes me wonder what else gets overlooked.

Overpriced!
Price used cars thousands over retail and will not budge on prices. They will let cars go to auction and sell for less than someone is willing to pay on the lot.

Will NEVER but a Vehicle from them
Pushy sales people, almost to the point of Harassment. Inventory was comaprable to a junk yard. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone, unless of course you want to give your money away.

terrible, unexplanable service.
It compares to going to a DR.`S appointment. they take up alot of your time and explain very little about the proccess and the final outcome. they want top dollar for there used cars but only want to give a little for your trade in. Then when you trade trade your car off they want high dollar from the next person who buys it.

No Service
I am in the market for a new Sierra/Silverado and after a recent visit to McDaniel's I am totally shocked at the lack of customer service. I walked around the lot for at least 30 minuets 20 minuets I spent where they had all the trucks parked and the remainder 10 minuets I spent walking around a truck parked at the main entrance in front of the show room. During this time not a single employee acknowledged me. As a first time new car buyer this is extremely disappointing to have such an experience. I rated all the scores a 1 because which some may find unfair however if you don't greet your customers I'm not going to assume you can do a better job at pricing than you can at greeting.
