The Pain of Potholes

Staff was cordial, knowledgeable, and quick in the replacement of my Continental tire, which was shredded internally by a pothole and my approx. half mile to gas station drive.

Great service!

I worked with Tyler Barrix, Aaron Burch, and Erin Steen and thought that they all did an excellent job of making my first car-buying experience easy to navigate.

Todd Wenzel Service Dept

Of paramount importance is a well-serviced vehicle but it's great to be greeted by smiling faces from the moment you drive into the bay til you leave! Every one is very customer service oriented. I also appreciate the well-appointed waiting area with beverages and fresh fruit!

Preferred Customer Program

This is the second time I have been in for service and requested a car wash and detail, as a preferred customer. Both times, the interior detail was not done. I don't live in the area and travel special to go to the dealer for oil changes and service.

Fast service, clean environment

Service is fine. I did not have to wait too long. The waiting rooms were very nice. Customer service was great. I like to see coupon or discount rewarded.

Costumer Service

It was both fun and educational. Jeff was our salesmen and he was both courteous and patient. The whole Todd Wendel team was wonderful to spend the day with. I was very pleased that if Jeff couldn't answer something he knew who could. Jeff, Zack, Aaron and Erin were all outgoing and great to work with. The experience was fun thanks to the people above as team and individuals.

Great service, very friendly staff, nice showroom

We are not from the Grand Rapids area, so we only had a couple of days to look at vehicles, make a decision, me get everything finalized. Our salesman, Ken, was so nice, vey helpful, knew what was on the lot and found exactly what we wanted. He was also willing to negotiate and make it financially possible to get what we wanted at a reasonable price.

Service on 2011 Terrain

Had a problem with stalling out at intersections on occasion. Problem was diagnosed and fixed and on warranty. Excellent work and co-ordination.

Pete and his employees do a great job.

Joseph and Barbara Borst

This dealership, was very friendly and informative. All in all a really good car buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and quite frankly I already have. I might add that the salesman who assisted us, Mr. Joe Zipen is a real asset to your dealership.
