A 2nd Great Experience

This is my 2nd car from Burns Chevrolet and I must say it has been a very pleasant experience. The people here are so friendly and accommodating. Mr. Lyman Dawkins is an excellent sales person. He listened to my needs and finances and matched us to the car. I never thought I could get such a great deal. Thank you Burns Chevrolet

Great Service! I can't say nothing bad.

I would say Burn's Chevrolet of gaffney treated me fairly. A place where I actually felt like I was treated like a customer. It was great to work with their employees. Luke Kessler was my salesman and did exactly what he told me he would do. He made right what other lots could not acheive.

Long Disappointing Drive

Requested overall condition of Vehicle such as scratches, etc. and we were not properly informed. Carfax stated car we went to look at had never been in an accident. When we arrived immediately we noticed that car had been wrecked in R/H front bumper and fog light displaced and part of bumper missing, along with permanent damage to plastic. We ask for detailed information ahead of time given that we were traveling an hour from NC to get there. We also noticed that online information about car features were almost all totally incorrect and deceiving. Car wasn't equipped with even half of what was listed online. Extremely shameful and disappointing and cost us several gallons of gas and at todays prices it cost us financially to travel to find out we were being lied to. I wouldn't waste my time traveling to their location ever again and I would advise others against it.

Unfortunately, we have no control over Carfax or the accuracy of their reports. We simply provide them because we have found them to be a helpful tool to our customers. The folks at Burns could not have been more helpful or informative. They were knowledgable, courteous and fair priced. Our salesman, Scott Young made the buying process quick and easy. We have recommended them to all of our friends that are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Jeff ledbetter the salesman really went out of his way to get my daughter and her husband into a good car at a good price..i will remember this when its tme for me to get a new car .I will be going there first.

Very bad experience.

Thought I had a very low mileage 2003 Durango that I really wanted bought. Called, E-Mailed and asked how much deposit to hold the vehicle. Found out by E-Mail they sold it to someone else. Salesman and sales manager did not return phone calls. Very disappointed.
