Weirs had my truck in for fuel contamination.

Weirs had my truck in for fuel contamination. They had the truck for 5 weeks. During that time I contacted them with 5 text messages with no response. 2 phone calls from my wife with no response. My insurance agent contacted them via email 4 times with little information. I sent an email to one of the owners with no response. I drove down there and spoke to the service department and got little information. They finally contacted me the day before I picked up the truck and told me it would be ready for pick up the next day. When I picked up the truck they handed a list of parts with no explanation of what had actually been done. The communication from them was non existent. Makes me think whether I will do business with them again.

Will NEVER EVER deal with Weirs Buick GMC again!

Will NEVER EVER deal with Weirs Buick GMC again! They never titled a new 2012 truck when we bought it, and are now saying "not our problem" when the State of Maine CLEARLY says it is their responsibility!

Repair

They saw me as old so did work that i apparently didnt need but they told me i did so i said yes when 2 came out said if didnt have done engine could go. Valve cover over 800 dollars

I loved using this location for service.

I loved using this location for service. Then I had a different experience when Gregg was the rep. I felt like he should look at my face and not certain parts of my body, when conferring with me. He disgusted me, and I will never go there again now.

Weirs Motor Sales

My vehicle was in for an Oil Change, Air Filter replacement, and new tires. The service dept ran into an issue getting my vehicle to align properly after multiple attempts with different technicians. Know that I was waiting at the location for my vehicle the Service Manager informed me of the issue and what was done to correct it to that point. He offered me the option of dropping off my vehicle a different day so they could get the issue taken care of. He also gave me a vehicle to use while my vehicle was being repaired as well as matching the tire price and even found a rebate on the tires I purchased. I purchased my vehicle at this location and would recommend Weirs Motor Sales in Arundel Maine to anyone looking for a GMC vehicle.

Billed $1890 for service work never performed I

Billed $1890 for service work never performed I brought my truck to Weirs because my it did not start. They told me I had water in the fuel tank and would cost $1000 to drop the tank and drain so, I told to proceed. After, they said I had a bad fuel injector and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1000 so, I said to proceed. Next they told me I had a bad cylinder and need an engine rebuild or a replacement engine. I declined, paid Weirs $1890 and had my truck towed to another mechanic. The new mechanic told me and showed me, video and photographic proof, that the tank was never dropped, the bad fuel was never drained and the fuel injector was never changed. The new mechanic drained the bad fuel and now the truck runs like a champ. I e-mailed the owner and the service manager who both refused to work with me. All my interaction with Weirs Motors service was via phone and I assumed I was being treated fairly and honestly. Beware Weirs Motors Arundel Maine.

Always polite and friendly . The service department appointments are on time. They don?t pressure you into repairs that don?t really need to be done like other dealers.

Had regular service on vehicle as recommended by owners manuel. Also, numerous other repairs, as needed, ( by service department). Outrageous charges for parts and labor of $3032.00. This vehicle is a 2012 with 38,500 miles. I would classify it as bordering on a lemon!
