my used kia purchase

these people are the biggest thieves on the planet--my sales person(barely out of diapers)was a idiot.new nothing teatd me like crap.the only reason i bought this car is because i watched it for 4 months they couldn't sell it i made a offer thousands less than my original and i got it .i knew i could never go back to these terrible business people.

POOR AND UNRESPONSIVE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I 'VE TRIED TO HAVE SERVICE DONE ON MY GMC SIERRA 3/4 TON ON SEVERAL OCCAISIONS. THIS IS THE CLOSEST DEALERSHIP IN MY AREA.THE SERVICE DEPT. RARELY CALLS BACK IN ANY KIND OF REASONABLE TIMELY MANNER AND WHEN THEY DO THEY SEEM INCONVENIENCED THAT I'M CALLING OR TRYING TO MAKE AN APPT. I'VE EVEN TRIED THEIR AFTER HOURS DROP OFF ASSUMING THEY WOULD CHECK THE VEHICLE AND GET BACK TO ME THE NEXT DAY. THE DROP OFF WAS MONDAY 09/12/ 2016 AND I STILL HAVE RECEIVED NO CALL BACK AS OF 09/15/2016. IT HAS REALLY MADE ME NOT CONSIDER BUYING ANY VEHICLE THERE.

Great car buying experience, recommend to all

Thank you to Weirs Buick/GMC for making our buying experience the best. Ryan Martin is the best.. He made our experience an enjoyment to buy our son his first car. We are on vacation from Texas and will come back to buy again. I highly recommend to all who read this review and are looking for a new or used car to go and visit Weirs and ask for Ryan.

Weirs sales dept is great, service dept is horrible

Purchase of my new 2015 Sierra from Weirs, was excellent and painless; sales department is accommodating, friendly, respectful, and helpful. However, having warranty work done by the service department has been a nightmare. Poor service, service department doesn't call you back, poor workmanship, employees behind service counter are not always friendly. Due to the lack of respect I have received from the service department, I would not recommend or buy again from Weirs. Sales department I would give 5 stars and service department I give a 1 star.

Unreal deal and salespeople, especially in this day.

This was the easiest purchase ever. It took 10 mins and the price was much better than everywhere else and I was not jerked around like at the other places. This will be my first stop from now on. Thank you Aaron Philbrick for making me feel like I just got the best deal ever. You should definitely give these guys a chance if you are ready to buy.

Great Experience Overall

My fiance and I had an old 99 Blazer we wanted to use as a down payment trade for a new car. Other dealers basically laughed at us or gave us an estimate of next-to-nothing. But Weirs gave us a GREAT estimate, and then found a great leasing option that we couldn't find anywhere else. This is our first lease, and we are so happy with the entire process. Peter was our salesman and he was knowledgeable and professional, as well as friendly and very helpful. We initially test drove a car that turned out to be too expensive, so Peter researched other vehicles on the lot and showed us a different car- which we ended up leasing. He did all of that while we were out driving, making the process much faster and easier! Peter also helped us to lower the payments as much as he could to best fit our budget. To show for everything, we are leasing a brand new GMC Terrain, and we couldn't be happier.

Great leasing experience. Fantastic staff!

Stopped at Weirs to look at the GMC and Buick small SUV options. Greeted by Peter Hannon, who quickly determined our needs and showed us a short list of the possible options on the Weirs lot. We didn't have time to drive anything that day, but did get a trade-in value for our BMW wagon. On our second trip to Weirs, we asked to drive and compare a new Encore and Terrain. After Peter provided an initial lease quote for both, we left to look at other options at Honda and Subaru. Once we decided the Encore best suited our needs and budget, we phoned Peter. He quickly located a vehicle with the options we wanted and more. When the vehicle was available, we went for a test drive. Peter had a lease quote prepared while we drove, which he provided upon our return. He allowed us time for consideration, which didn't take long. We made the deal on the spot and took delivery two days later. Everyone we met and worked with at Weirs were friendly, courteous and very professional. We were never pressured to make a decision. They made what can be a stressful and unpleasant buying experience an easy and enjoyable transaction.

They made it easy for an out of state purchase

Great price, great car, great service. They made my purchase very easy and seamless for an out of state purchase. I live in Mass. and they made it easy it was worth the 100 mile drive for the car. They even detailed the car when I picked it up. I did not expect that!!!! This was a used car and it looked better than my other car whis was purchased new from another dealer.

Unbelievable Customer Service

In the past several weeks we have been in the market for a new vehicle...after visiting several local dealers and even one out of state, we decided to stop at Weirs. The entire team at Weirs was incredible to work with ,they made the buying process easy and painless and set themselves far apart from every other dealer we encountered! From the staff to the facilities our experience was nothing short of the most ideal buying situation!... We would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to make an effort to visit them, you won't be disappointed! We will return in the future!

travelled two hours to buy my car

Found my used civic online and made a few phone calls, within 5 days I travelled there to pick it up from central Massachusetts. Drew Bassett started all my paper work ahead of time, had the car ready to go in 10 mins of my arrival and I was in and out in less than an hour !! A great experience, looking forward to more from Weirs.
