Friendly, helpful employees. Great price.
I had been searching for a particular used car (make, model, color, features, etc.) for a while. A car with the exact features I was looking for showed up on my Autotrader.com search from Lima Auto Mall on a Friday after hours. Not only was it exactly what I was looking for, but it was also priced about $500 lower than other similar cars I had found, including a local one in a color I didn't like as much with 4000 more miles on it. I sent an e-mail inquiry, not expecting to hear back until at least the next business day, but was surprised to get a response right away (again, this was after closing time on a Friday night). Dave Osbon and I communicated effectively over e-mail several times over the weekend and by Monday morning had agreed upon a selling price and financing. I live 240 miles away, so I needed to make sure everything was set before making this long drive. When I got there the only surprise was that they had actually managed to get me an even lower finance rate than we had previously agreed upon, so it was a pleasant surprise. The car was lacking a front license plate bracket (needed in my home state), so I was again pleasantly surprised when they offered to buy one and have it sent to me free of charge. It would have been easy to say this wasn't included and try to charge me the $15 suggested retail price for it, plus shipping, but they didn't. The car was in perfect shape, just as described, and I love it. They have called and e-mailed a couple of times to make sure that I am still 100% satisfied, which I am.

The vehicle was in the price range we wanted. The salesman was excellent. I gave a 4 on quality of work because the detailing could have been better on the interior like cleaning the carpet and seats.

We were treated so will at this dealership , as my husband and I are retired and we have bought many cars from dealerships and we were treated the best right here, Super nice salesman, and super nice financial director. The sales manager Joe was super awesome and set and talked to us for awhile, we would recommend this dealership to every one we know. The best service I have ever gotten in 63 years an And 76 years for my husband.. We give them A+A+A+A+A+... WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN..!!!! I was in the market for a used vehicle. I found Lima Auto Mall through their inventory they had listed on Auto Trader's website. They were very easy to do business with and Eric Olson and Todd (finance manager) did a great job. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Lima Auto Mall, they have a very professional team.

Great Service-Professional and Friendly
Was in the neighborhood around 3 pm, and I did not have an appointment, but my car was over due for service. I was greeted with a smile, and the service team took me in, and immediately began the service. The customer rep. also suggested they go ahead and rotate the tires, as they were due, and even washed the car. I was quite impressed with the professional, and friendly experience. Thank You

My wife and I have owned and leased many cars and trucks over the years. We traded our 2007 Cadillac CTS for a Certified 2010 CTS with 20400 miles. The car is excellent, and after a few days and a trip to Florida, all seems to be as it should be. Eve was knowledgeable and took good care of us. We actually drove home to Muncie, IN and then to Lima from Bradenton, FL to complete this trade. Maybe we should get a long distance award or something. I only wish that we could have gotten a bit more for our trade-in, but other than that ,we are completely satisfied and would do business with Lima Automall again. Craig Johnson

Where do I begin ?..I live near Fort Wayne Indiana..I had an 08 Hummer and was so tired of putting 140 dollars in gas ..a week..I owed a lot more than it was worth..I only had it one year..So I decided to see if there was any way I could trade it in for a newer car. So I got online Sunday morning and I was checking out how much I could get for my truck...Sean Sanders was the first to contact me..(on Sunday)..So we emailed back and forth with a few questions and he called me first thing Monday morning and with a lot of work on his part..I drove away with an awesome 2013 Malibu ...I promise u I'm not easily impressed by people ..but I definitely was VERY impressed by all that we came in contact with ..I can't thank them enough..I have never been so happy with the service and I Love this car ! My family has a long history of buying vehicles at Lima Auto Mall and dealing with Mike Tanguay. I personally had not purchased a car in ten years and yes ten years ago that sales person was Mike. It is very nice to deal with a sales person who has been with the same company and not a salesman that jumps from dealership to dealership. I know if I have any problems I can go back and that person that sold me the vehicle will be there to do their best to fix it. I was very unsure of the type of vehicle I wanted and after several visits to the dealership and many test drives I finally made a decision. Mike was very patient and honest with me throughout the whole process. When it came down to actually doing all the paper work, Mike and his finance team took the time and explained everything thoroughly and made me feel confident that I made the right decision. I will definitely recommend Lima Auto Mall to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
