First purchased car!
My expectations of buying a car were beyond met! I had been driving the same car that I got when I was 16. It was definitley time for a new one. I was extremely nervous about buying a new car and having the dreaded car payment. Brandon was awesome. I gave him a lot of specifications to meet and he exceeded them. I had went to 3 other dealerships looking for that vehicle that made me fall in love. Thanks to Brandon for finding me the perfect car, Josh for working with me on trading in my previous car, and Aaron for being awesome and answering all of my financial questions and making sure I understood all of the paper work! I will definitley be returning in the future! Thank you so much again Lima Auto Mall, I love my new car!

OnStar fix solution
It took approximately a month to get the OnStar working on a new 2019 Equinox. To me it seems OnStar wasn't really concerned about helping the dealership service department in resolving this issue.

Working well, Onstar can be an extremely useful and vital tool when it comes to emergency situations, navigating an unfamiliar area, or calling in as a "good samaritan". However, when it does not work as it should, it can certainly create frustration and concern as many pieces of technology can. Traveled far to get the right car and the best deal
We had been looking for just the right car for our college son.. Wanted a clean, low mileage, good condition 2-4 year old car that would be a good stater that will last him a few years after college before he needs to replace. Internet search brought us to the Lima Auto Mall (3 hours away). I called and Brandon Mullins answered the phone. Brandon got us all the information we needed to know that this car met all of our criteria and worked with us to get a fair price. When we came to pick up the auto, everything was as advertised and communicated to us. The process to close the deal was quick and easy. It was worth the drive to get this car. Excellent Service and a Professional Staff
I had another excellent visit to Lima Cadillac's (Lima Auto Mall) service department after scheduling my appointment online. I went in for my routine service and as always they kept me posted on service recommendations that were due for my Cadillac. Mr. Gerry Keysor made sure that the recommended servicing was completed on the same day, and in a very timely fashion. I appreciate their honesty and integrity, which is I why I keep coming back.
