I don't know where to begin! I'm completely blown away by this dealership. Top to bottom and everyone in between, made me I mattered! I mean, who am I? I'm a normal person, a nobody to them, and that's what makes them so amazing! It doesn't matter who you are, they treat you like family, not like a customer, like they care. I went to them several months ago, and bought a used car for my family to use around town for better gas mileage. From that day, they have EARNED all my business! I take my truck and other family vehicles there now. They were extremely courteous, MORE THAN reasonable and so easy to work with, that I feel like I've known them for YEARS! They have checked my vehicles out, gave me options and kept me abreast of any situation that came up along the way. Their service department is THE BEST I have ever dealt with in my life! Haven't done anything I didn't want, but I feel made heartfelt suggestions on what would be best. The sales team and management have been unreal and truly accommodating! Their professionalism, character and integrity is why I have recommended them to all my friends and family! At times when I waited on an oil change or a quick fix to my work vehicle, I have sat back and watched them treat EVERY SINGLE PERSON that walked through their doors, the same way they treated me! Notice how I didn't say customer/s because you're not a number to them, again....you're family! They truly get it and I will be forever grateful and appreciative of all they have done for me and so many others!

Vehicle was not as listed. It was supposed to be a 6 speed manual shift but it was a automatic. How does a dealer miss that when selling a car. If they can't tell a automatic from a manual, then what else was incorrect in the listing.

No reply or contact from dealer after online inquiry. We went on to purchase a 2004 Silverado and 2014 Lincoln Navigator in Omaha after our search for a pickup and SUV.

This place will tell u anything you want to hear to sell a car then not don what they said. If you buy here make sure u get everything u want before sign papers special when dealing with GRANT.
