My tire went flat in work parking lot. It wouldn't hold air, so I couldn't drive it to the dealer. I had just recently broken some ribs so putting the spare on was going to be a painful option. Service came with a jack and got my rim and installed my new tire without me having to do a thing. Awesome service!
