Fantastic Dealership!!!!

We recently purchased a new Traverse from Lee Jannsen Motor Co. and the process was flawless. We searched for cars in surrounding cities.....even as far away as Omaha, NE (200 miles). The sales staff was friendly, courteous and attentive to our needs. They found the exact Traverse we were looking for as we had specific features we wanted in the SUV. The dealership as a whole offered the small town charm with the big city amenities. Our purchasing process took approximately 1 hour from deciding on the Traverse to driving away. Their price was not only fair but actually better than the other dealers we shopped. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Lee Jannsen Motor Co. and won't bother going anywhere else in the process....because it isn't necessary.

Outstanding Service

We worked with Trenton and Lisa, their service was professional, polite, and honestly above and beyond! The whole process went smoothly, they answered any and all questions! To be honest most dealerships tend to be just a bit pushy, never once did I feel I was being swayed into something I did not want, they listened to what we wanted and did everything to get us that!!!!! I will not be doing business with any other dealership, we found everything we wanted and more from them! I didn't get the opportunity to work with anyone else, but I'm sure everyone there is as great as those two. I would definitely recommend then to anyone, there is no better!!!!!!!!!

Outstanding Service

Lori and Trent were very professional and helpful!!!!!! They got us in a car that had exactly what we wanted/needed, and made it a painless process!!!!!!! Definitely will be doing business again!!!!!!!!

Honest and Friendly

I'm single mom with four kids. A lot of times I go into dealerships and get well...hassled. Pushed by salespersons thinking I don't know what I want or haven't done my homework. Janssens was different. They showed me everything I wanted to see in a friendly relaxed manner. No pushing, no hassles...just friendly service. I will go back the next time I need a vehicle.
