Great Dealership!

Sales associate Michael Rio was absolutely amazing. He was very respectful and got us the best deal. I ended up driving out with a 2020 XT5 at a price I was very happy about. ALSO, I found out that my sales guy Mike used to fight in the UFC!

This is our third car from Braman and they never disappoint. We were treated so well by Bryant! He is so courteous and accommodated us with everything we requested. It was clear that he tried to please us in every way. We will back in one year when our son starts driving!

I cannot can’t say enough amazing things about Jorge...

I cannot can’t say enough amazing things about Jorge Dominguez of Braman Cadillac! From the moment I started working with a him, I could really tell he cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to make them happy. I drove over 5 hours to Miami to pick up my new car and he kept me informed on the progress on my car and walked me through all the details until my arrival. From the time I walked through the door until I drove away in my new car, I was treated like royalty. The entire team at Braman was amazing, but I highly suggest working with Jorge, he is extremely knowledgeable. Not to mention he has a wonderful and friendly personality. I will recommend anyone I know who is in the market for a car to go visit him.

Stay away from this dealership

I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I had the worst experience. Spoke with a salesman by the name of “Gary” whose real name I found out was Edouard Metayer to purchase a vehicle that was listed online. I contacted him on Friday morning at 7:00 a.m. and clearly told him the vehicle was being purchased for my wife. We both understood I was buying the vehicle. Even told me to look into setting up shipping of vehicle. I waited all day Friday for him to send me the contract. At the end of the day Friday, no contract. Texted and said he would send it first thing Saturday morning, and there was no worries he would take care of it. I even started reaching out to moving companies to ship the vehicle to my location. Saturday morning he made me send him all of my personal information for the purchase and sent me the contract with the fees. All I needed was for him to tell me how to make the payment. As I was waiting for him to tell me the next step, he sent me a message saying “Sorry we just sold the vehicle.” WHATTT????? “How could this happen?” I asked. His lame excuse was — people in the showroom come first!! So why sell cars online?? Last I checked Friday is before Saturday!!! I have been waiting since Friday to purchase this vehicle and he sold it from under me. I would stay away from this dealership. No honor, integrity, or values. These things are more valuable than money.

Thx for replying with a canned message!!! I tried to contact every manager regarding my horrible experience.... I could not speak with anyone who could resolve my issue!! Stay away from this dealership
