My purchase is a 2022 Cadillac XT4 Sport.

My purchase is a 2022 Cadillac XT4 Sport. Defiantly best choice. Dealing with my salesman Howard B. was a great experience. He made the whole buying process amazingly easy and respectful. Finance was next. Luis Reyes was amazing also totally aboveboard with the finance process and fun to deal with. Purchasing from Braman was due to the communication with salesmen Howard B. (I live 2hrs north of the dealership) i have also interacted with George D in service for my module chip upgrade for a positive experience also. I have known about Braman but have to say very impressed with an amazing showroom and way of doing business. Defiantly exceeds expectations. Carl Sica

I just got my third lease yesterday with Mr.

I just got my third lease yesterday with Mr. Ricardo Zambrano in the past 7 years. I have been going to him since 2015 and will continue working with him. He is a professional and makes the stress of finding a car very relaxing.

The interesting sales tactics continue

I was told the car I was interested in has sold only to seee it relisted for more. Victor stated since I’m a great client they could see what they could do on a newer car for me. I was working with Rickey Brown per victors direction due to issues with other salesman in previous review. Victor was working my deal on a 2021 m4 comp it was listed for $82,912 I was told the best they could do on it per Bryant was take off reconditioning fee which no one should ever pay. Then I get a call from Victor telling me it has been sold. Two days later Rickey texts me to tell me it had sold. Get on the same page guys wow. Only to see the price raised to $85,913!!! What games are you playing? Think you can trust this dealer… I wouldn’t.

Strange sales tactics

Was working with a salesman that offered me 55k on a trade in. I had much higher offers from other dealers. He said okay if I give you 65k do we have a deal. A few minutes later followed by I'm going to ask my manager. I was then ghosted me even after I ask for an update from his manager. I later found out he couldn't do the 65k. First rule of sales, don't offer something you can't follow through on. Another salesman said I had a check engine light on in the picture I sent. It was actually all the lights that were on in the picture because I had just turned the car on. The only reason they deserve the 1 star as are least this other salesman has tried to save the sale although he told me it would be best to sell the car on my own then he would help me out on sales price to help with taxes only to find out he couldn't. Lots of empty promises and offers. The dealership also tries to slide in the "reconditioning fee". If you are in the auto industry you know that this fee is and should be worked into the acquisition cost of the vehicle and at least hidden in the dealer fees. Really like a car in their current inventory but not sure if I trust them or their tactics.

Horrible sales team

Rude arrogant sales persons, absolutely shameful, we have bought High end cars from multiple dealers in the past but never met such rude staff before , avoid if you have a choice
