Gilberto Barada at braman cadillac was very friendly and very professional. He got us everything we wanted in our car and was so friendly. the level over service and personal attention at braman and with Gilberto was great. he is the sales person to see If you want a vehicle. George Lopez and Alejandro Diaz was very helpful as well. Braman miami is the best ever.

I asked for a trade in value for my car from Vinny. As I...

I asked for a trade in value for my car from Vinny. As I was 4 hours away, I was told to provide photos, video, and a local dealer's trade in value on paper (which was almost double what they offered). I provided it all. Then they wanted the carmax appraisal because they will only match the carmax. Carmax is usually the lowest possible value for any car because it is based on a check value. Even my carvana quote had about an 80% better value than braman, and they don't even see any images of the car. Braman offered about half the KBB trade in value for my car. Their dealer fees are also on the higher end. Go to KBB and get a trade in estimate. Go to carvana to get a quote. Definitely do research so you get the best ,or at minimum, fair trade in deal. Sad that it is up to the buyer to do the work so not to get taken advantage of.

Trying to get information on my 2009 srx no one will return my calls .they had it since December28 2020 it is now January15 2021 .its there to have sensor lights check .from a previous time .called Alex and manager everyone always busy . but do not return my calls . can someone help me get my car back repaired

I have been leasing Cadillacs for over 40 years. This year was the only bad experience ever. The manager Jorge López is not a good manager. He treated with disrespect. He is not a Braman. He did not even came out to congratulate us for the lease of one of his cars. He fired Mr. Richard Suarez our representative and that was rexommended by Mr. Enzina. Mr. Suarez was out the day we leased the car and we used Mr. Zambrano who was a good person recommended by Mr. Suarez.
