Hard working people and exceptional service
I had a great experience at Gateway Kia of Quakertown. I was in the market for a new car and was having a difficult time due to some credit issues. While other dealers were dismissive and showed me payments I couldn't afford, James at Gateway went far above and beyond to get me a great approval at a better rate than I thought I qualified for. My new Rio had to be brought in from another location and it was waiting for me, perfectly detailed and with a full tank of gas when i arrived. I was in and out of finance quickly thanks to the great approval. There was no hard sell or pressure. This is a dealer where the customer really does come first. It's refreshing to see a place where everyone is willing to work so hard and without the hassle that other dealers put you through. I look forward to coming here for service and would recommend Gateway Kia of Quakertown to anyone.

AWESOME experiences
I purchased a pre-owned certified Kia Optima here in June of 2015. I have been SUPER satisfied. What makes me very happy is how attentive Jon Taylor is. He is extremely helpful and very accommodating. If I have any questions/ concerns, he is always there to help me out. I am very happy with the car but even happier with how well I have been treated. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Prompt Customer Service
We discovered a nail in our tire just before a day trip. Drove to Gateway and they promptly repaired the tire and provided a free car wash. And we were still able to make our trip!!

Felt so comfy
Was treated with courtesy and respect . After a not so pleasant experience at another dealer your place was awesome . I don't have a lot of money ,I'm disabled and I left feeling better about people . My salesman Justin is a courteous and respectful young man , you should be proud . Thank you .

Horrible customer service
My wife and i purchased a Sorento there on July 3. As we were finishing paperwork we realized there was only 1 key for the car so we were told if they couldn't find it by the end of the day they would order us a new one and overnight it to us as soon as it came in. After 2 weeks we contacted them again if they had heard about the key thinking that would be enough time around the holiday to let us know about it's progress. After getting plain answers or not getting called back at all every couple of days for the next month and a half the order for the key was finally placed. Now it finally came in 2 and a half months after we bought the car and we're told we can come pick it up between 8 and 5 Monday to Saturday. After saying we wouldn't be able to have enough spare time to drive down there for another 6 weeks or so due to our business being very busy this time of year the reply was "Sounds good, it will be here waiting for you". If it wasn't for getting the first 2 oil changes for free i would never go this dealership again.

Lease Bailout
We had leased a Sportage from Gateway in early '14, but racked up significant mileage. Thanks to Justin and his manager, Jim - they worked up a new lease and we drove out in a 2016 Sportage. We love the car and highly recommend anyone to visit Gateway. They have an excellent sales and service staff that is attentive to their customer's needs.

The BEST Kia Dealership
So far I have found Gateway Kia of Quakertown, PA to be the best dealership when it comes to buying cars. Keeping in mind there are numerous other dealerships that me and my family could have gone to to purchase our last 4-5 cars over the years, but we ALWAYS return here and deal with Jon Taylor. He is honest and down to earth and we won't deal with anyone else other than him.

Worked with my low credit score and salesman very
Mark C was my salesman, came out right away to great us. Listened to what I was looking for and brought a great SUV. Had all the options I wanted, including some extras. I have a very low credit score and they worked with me to get an affordable payment. Mark even helped me move my stuff from one car to other, including washing off my mats for me. The fiance guy Steve was very nice, did not pressure me into taking warranties or other things. Only issue was I was there for awhile, but they needed to get approval with different banks. i would highly recommend Gateway Kia and Mark Cole.

GREAT Shopping Experience!!
Went to three different dealerships and bought from the one that was farthest from my home. Arrived at the dealership and was greeted immediately by a classy salesman. Showed me all the different models and features of the vehicles i was interested in, all while under a baking sun. With sweat pouring off him he still walked as if running a race to get different keys to different vehicles from the showroom. I even paid over one hundred dollars more at Gateway then i would have 3 miles from my home dealer, just because Jon Taylor put in the effort. I really enjoyed working with him and felt i got probably close to what i could have negotiating elsewhere. But he was so positive, why bother?
