I cannot say enough of the Sales Team at Gateway Kia of Quakertown. I walked in a stranger and left as a loyal customer forever. Shopping on my own just having went thru a divorce was intimidating. I had a car to trade and wanted to purchase a new one. Tommy Madden made my whole experience one of ease and fairness. He listened to my wants and needs, pre-qualified what I could afford, made some suggestions, and put me in the car of my dreams all without ever feeling intimidated being alone. I would recomend this dealership to all women who are alone knowing your interest is what is important. When the Finance Manager told me they would fight for the best rate on my loan... Stopped by with my usual array of financial information and met with Jonathan Taylor. Jonathan answered all my financial questions directly before we even considered taking a car out for a test drive. After the test drive, Jonathan and his manager worked with me to arrive at a good deal. One of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had (and I've been doing this a long time :))

Wonderful experience with John Taylor at Gateway KIA. Our lease had expired on our original KIA and John made the process of trading it in and getting another KIA Sorrento extrememly pleasurable. Spent time with us explaining all the new features.

after having a bad experience from another dealer of the same car brand I switched dealerships and man are we GLAD we did.our salesman jon was so accommodating and the dealership was great you could tell they worked well as a team.The only reason we marked not appl on quality of repairs because we didn't need any repairs yet . And I suppose thats a good thing.

I had been shopping for a sorento every day for over a week. Each one I found with something I didn't like... Interior color, high millage, price etc. When I called gateway I was stressed and ready to give up but Jon assured me if I gave him some time he would find me what I wanted AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT HE DID! I got a call about a half hour later followed by pictures of my perfect sorento! He even pulled the car for me so no one could buy it before I could get there (that happened to me at another dealer). We went to Gateway with all intentions to buy a car that day, but I was dreading the process of high pressure sales. We were on the lot 1 minute before we met our "guy" , a nice young man named Justin. I told him he was going to be sorry he picked us, but he took it all in stride. My husband is a wheeler and dealer. I must say he handled himself (and my hubby) with kindness and courtesy and he earned himself a sale that day, and we got a great car and a great deal. As a recent college graduate it was really important to find a car that is overall reliable and well in my budget (student loans kill your budget). I stopped at many different dealers and none of them even came close to understanding my situation. The whole atmosphere of Gateway Kia is so welcoming and friendly, they're almost like family. They sat down with us, and without the hassle gave us the best price they could. Now I can commute to philly every day without having to worry about car problems and I'm IN LOVE with my new car! I've been interested in a Kia for some time now but I'm a single woman so I did a lot of research before going into any dealership because I wanted to know what to expect and how to get the best experience out of my purchase. In deciding what kind of vehicle I wanted and how much I could afford to pay, I emailed a few dealerships asking if they would work with me and Gateway was the first to respond. Although they are further away from me than some of the others, I made an appointment to come meet with someone and that's where I was introduced to Jon. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately went to his staff and found what I was looking for and worked out an even better deal for me because I has chosen them out of all the other dealers and he knew I was serious about the purchase. Within a short period of time, we had made an agreement and I now have a wonderful new car to show for it!

Sales and finance people were friendly, informative. They also listened! They negotiated without rancor and paid attention to what I needed in a used car - and fitted my needs.
